Service was excellent. Gia was our server and she was super helpful. We came here for a drink and dessert. The view is amazing! I must say this is one of the most unique restaurants I’ve ever been to. I loved they inside, they have a piano on a stage and apparently they have live music on the weekends. The food menu looked delicious I will be definitely coming back to try it out. Our drinks were good and the dessert was fine. Presentation was very good for both.

Nice restaurant for family, friends, dating or business meetings. A nice variety of items to enjoy with average prices. Went for brunch and enjoyed the outdoor seating by the lake. Perfect for relaxing or enjoying the day while eating and drinking. Definitely going back as I enjoyed the atmosphere, food, drinks and service. ENJOY!

I recently dined at this luxurious Indian restaurant, and it was an exquisite culinary experience from start to finish. The star of the evening, of course, was the food. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with authentic flavors and made with the finest ingredients. The diverse menu catered to all tastes, from creamy and rich curries to fiery and aromatic tandoori dishes. The flavors danced on my palate, and I couldn't get enough. What truly sets this restaurant apart, though, is their impeccable customer service. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, always ready with helpful suggestions and a warm smile. They made sure every aspect of our dining experience was flawless, from the timely service to the personalized attention.

Weekday night experience. Food is just awfully bland. Tried the Fenugreek Paneer. For the price, the amount is enough for 1 person. I DO NOT recommend Fenugreek Paneer dish. It tastes like you're eating nothing. Zero flavor, can't taste a single Indian spice. Spice level is low. The rice is super oily/buttery. Same goes for the appetizer naans-they're drenched in oil. The white sauce for dipping is delicious though. The honey guava kebab is awful. Tastes bland just like the rest of the entrees. The onions that come on the side with the kebab has more seasoning to it than the entrees themselves. Thats just weird. The drinks are the best tasting item about this place. But they put sooo much ice in the small cup, you basically get a shot of a drink and they expect the ice to water it down so it looks like you got 1 full drink. For $16 drinks-this place is not worth it. They do have mocktails and that is the most basic mocktails that you could make it home and they cost around $12!!! The menu is on a tablet. You have to click to see each price. Menu changes per season because I didnt see certain dishes offered such as salad, queso etc. This place is just known for pretty looking dishes and drinks. But its not worth it when it tastes bland. Im sure that is not an Indian chef in the back. You can taste it. The ambiance is really nice though. Outdoor seating is nice, surrounded by water. The indoor has a homey vibe with books on the shelves, music is relaxing. Seating is comfy. Love the dividers around the room to give privacy to tables. They have live music days. Hostess didn't smile upon us entering the establishment, she seemed tired. Server was great. The staff did seem to hang around the area next to the bar / by the bathroom entrances. It blocked the way to the bathrooms. I highly suggest you eat at Curry Now right around the corner from this restaurant. Curry now has wayyy more tastier meals and literally more than half the cost of Windmills.

One of the best restaurants I have been to, in Dallas. The menu is awesome, great ambiance and terrific overall experience.

The atmosphere was great other than the intense setting sun shining in my face (had to wear sunglasses inside the restaurant). Our server was excellent at first for drinks and appetizers, but then kind of disappeared for quite awhile when we were ready to order entrees. The food was a mixed review. The cheese curds were excellent and my husband liked his chicken dish (some sort of chicken curry). My food was ok, the chicken was more gristly than I like it. My son liked the cheeseburger but it took quite awhile to get ketchup. This place has potential but just missed the mark for us.

Windmills has indoor and outdoor dining with decent food options. Coming to food, it lacked flavor, but it's not spicy which is good. We ordered Lemon cumin shrimp kebabs, Tandoori chicken, Quesadilla, Roasted laal Maas. The receptionist didn't welcome us with a smile. The server after serving us the food vanished. We waited 10mins for extra couple of plates. We wanted to listen to someone playing the piano but there was no one to play it. Just unlucky I guess.

Met some old buddies up here for beers and bites on a weeknight. Service was great, beer selection and quality was awesome, and the food was fantastic. We really enjoyed the fusion of Indian appetizers with our burgers. Looking forward to coming back on a weekend to enjoy some live music.

Chris is a phenomenal server as well as a seasoned bartender. Great suggestions. Love his attitude and energy. Y'all did right hiring this man for sure. If the food wasn't good, I'd still come for the service.

Loved the ambiance! Afternoon with some jazz was nice and the salmon avocado toast was amazing -- super heavy utensils, I like!

Aesthetically, Windmills has a great outdoor vibe if the weather is cooler as it sits next to a man-made canal. The inside is nice but not spectacular in any way. This venue serves Indian cuisine so the "brewery" in the name may surprise you. The drinks are also appealing to the eyes and unique with twists of sweet and spice. If you pair a drink with a chicken kabob then you're good to go (or stay).

Truly an all around 10/10 experience. Chips and Queso was delicious with the chips being free if you want more and the Queso being really nice and spicy. I wasn’t indoor but the vibe inside was very cool and definitely would’ve been really nice. Outside is great as well with the view of the water. Service is outstanding, my server was really nice and made great conversation I really enjoyed having him. I wish I could’ve tipped him more. With the Tandoori Chicken, the lentils/daal was amazing. The bread was nice too. Food, service, and atmosphere of this place are truly 10/10 each. I had a lovely experience and you will too.

Great venue with unique seating inside and enough outdoor seating for an army. Funky Knuckles sounded fantastic on stage.

Overall a good place to be once in a while. Not quite often. Entrees presentation was good. Desserts are creative . A little spice level would a definitely give a kick to the menu. May be adding 1-2 spicy items would attract folks and may be challenge them to try spicy and tasty food. Naans were really soft . Dal makhani is crazy buttery . The green chutney definitely lacked taste . Not so authentic and tasty. Methi paneer can be improved .cheese curds were really nice . Kebabs please add some more flavor. Drinks are really good . Oban 14, is priced way way higher. Definitely a no to this one. I wouldn’t be coming here for the food , but ambience and atmosphere is a good for a good friends get together or family meet.

Really enjoyed dinner at the Windmills this time. We have been here before but it was very crowded and our server was too busy and dishes got cold by the time they got to us. But this time everything was perfect. Loved Palak paneer, lamb kulcha and chicken kababs. The beer was amazing too. I wish they would give a little more quantity in the main course. One dish serves one person so it does become pricy at around $45-55 per person. But definitely a great place to celebrate milestones.
