Stopped by here to change our phone plan and so glad we chose this location. Zach was amazing! Very helpful, thorough and kind. He answered all our questions and was patient with getting everything ready for us. Recommend this location for great service!

Went here to upgrade my plan and they completely screwed up my service. I can't make any calls or texts, so I can't contact the store, and they must have incorrectly updated my information because 611 refuses to accept the same zip code I've used for years even with at&t. The person who helped me specifically said I didn't need to do or change anything when I asked, which is obviously incorrect. He didn't explain anything and must not have done the task correctly or I'd be able to use my phone properly. The phone line said, and I quote, "your account is suspended and we apologize for the misinformation" but he refused to re-activate my account and hung up on me at 8:03 pm. I now have distrust and apprehension for this store.

Zacherie was the absolute BEST!!! My husband and I went in on a Saturday morning needing a new phone plan, two new phones, headphones, and screen protectors and he was so helpful! We ended up having a snafu which took longer than expected but he was so great and made sure to help! We had a great time chatting with him and will definitely go back to him in the future! Absolutely amazing! Thanks Zach!!

No messing around, of course transferring data takes time but, they were efficient where they could be. Did a great job of keeping things smooth and moving forward. Staff there is amazing at least the woman helping me was. Not a review person and definitely don’t like going into phone service stores but this was a great experience.

Traded my 11 for an iPhone 15. My experience with Zach and Mark was off the charts. I’m older so they explained everything to me in detail no matter how long it took. They were very professional w a great attitude. I’m in the wine business and deal w customers everyday. I’d love to have these guys on my team.

Zach, Hira, and Cody were phenomenal. Zach helped me switch carriers with Cody answering questions as well they went way above and beyond with the process and was amazing to me and my daughter (something that is greatly appreciated) although I felt I was asking too many questions Zach and Cody both assured me they wanted to make sure we got the right plan and every detail about each line I was getting these guys deserve a raise!! Hira helped me do an exchange wasn’t anything but exceptional to me with the process and loved conversating with her, she also gave me some tips on makeup buying for my kid which as a dad is always nice! Great store great staff.

Martin was stepping in for his manager that was away on vacation, and didn’t miss a beat! If I ever have to visit the store again I look forward to him being there his energy/enthusiasm was unmatched.

Excellent customer service from Hira who helped my family at the ATT store in Southlake ! Hira was very helpful and walked us thru our options and quickly us set up a new line and updated my current cell plan to save us money ! Fantastic ! Thankyou Hida and ATT Southlake !
