😐 While the course was not too shabby, the practice facility has me very very confused. It is advertised as the number 1 practice faculty in DFW. There was sand absolutely everywhere on the range, and the places there wasn’t sand the grass did not look good whatsoever, and the targets on the range are... People often mention range, practice, year, grass, green,

This is my go-to course in the area! I've played all three courses and all present a different feel to the game of golf! The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the food at the club is amazing, especially that breakfast burrito! Re-gripping clubs is available at the driving range. Almost a year into my first year of golf, I look forward to setting up some private lessons when the weather warms up. Conditions of the courses and driving range are in great condition. I love the challenge it presents to a "new" golfer as myself. Thank you Watters Creek for my weekly "escape," I look forward to being here more often!

The primary 18 hole course, Traditions, is a nice layout that is getting beat up from lack of adequate care. It's early June and it already looks a little burned out. The practice range has gone to complete trash since last year. I'm including pictures from Monday, June 11 @1pm of 3 of the hitting stalls. The one with a ball is literally the "best" I could find, the other two pictures are the stalls to the right. This is horrendous. Since they put the big mat in at the back of the range (which they now use 2-3 days per week instead of the grass range) they must be watering a lot less. Even areas of the range that should be healed are sparse and growing poorly. Also, if you want to practice chipping or putting, that will cost you. Not sure what they're doing with all that money based on the condition of the facility. I used to really enjoy this place, but I'm starting to look forward to burning through my "range pass" funds so I can go elsewhere. It used to be in great shape, and it's such a convenient location, but no one wants to hit from dirt. See pictures.

Aug 22,2023 #northtexas #publicgolf does it again! Single, Senior, paired with 2 members Played Blue tees (6625 /72.4 / 131 ) Very Large practice area (have used in the past not b4 my round) I prefer to hit off grass not mats; overall top quality range. # of tees to choose from. Course was in great shape- plenty of water & tree lined fairways + bunkers around greens & key points in fairways. Green bunkers were very good, fairway bunkers could use work ( small point) Everyone I met was top notch & pleasant. Kudos to greenskeeper & staff Photos don’t do course justice! You’ll hit a # of clubs - keep in fairway to score! Great $$ value for seniors Greens were consistent with contours & breaks; hit below holes to score No cart person (played early in the day) Another gem - course has a lot to offer. I’ll be back! #golf

Long par 3 course is fun and just challenging enough. Greens were in good shape. Really enjoyed the short par 3 course. Played all 6 holes 3x to get in 18.

I've played here twice over the span of a year. Both times have been very different experiences. Last year the the grass was very green and consistent, the greens weren't too fast. This year the grass seems more "patchy" and the greens were noticeably inconsistent. The greens were also deceptively fast, almost like they were too dry and needed to be watered. Overall, a very challenging course with an abundance of sand and water (not necessarily a bad thing). Really nice carts, the course is beautiful (even with patchy grass here and there) and the staff is super friendly. Overall a really good experience, I will definitely be back.

Older blonde lady had quick snappy responses when asked about a refund for an online booking. I had booked for 2 but my +1 could not make it. Because I booked online I was not entitled to a refund according to her. Once I got on the course there was a green keeper dealing with the 1st green. I waited 6 minutes to hit. Once I got to the second hole I waited another 5-6minutes to hit because he was on the second green.. been here multiple times and this is the first time I had gotten such rude service and glares from the lady and first time I had to wait for a green keeper.. I left after 2 holes, not sure if I will be returning.

While the course was not too shabby, the practice facility has me very very confused. It is advertised as the number 1 practice faculty in DFW. There was sand absolutely everywhere on the range, and the places there wasn’t sand the grass did not look good whatsoever, and the targets on the range are not great by any means either, and the putting and chipping green was average at best. Is there anything I am missing in terms of why in the world this is called the best practice faculty in DFW?

Way overpriced course in horrible condition. Ground is rock hard. Greens are lumpy and dry. They close an hour before it says online and on their sign out side the club house as well as the driving range. Workers do not care about your experience unless it’s course marshal who wants to make your day worse with snide comments. Practice facilities are nice and they’re golf instructors are good and they use the swing monitor aptly. Don’t golf here. there is always better options and even though the practice range is nice, they overcharge for balls compared to most every range I’ve been to.

😠 While traveling east on Park Blvd, a golf ball from the course hit my car, very hard. Almost startling. I drove to the clubhouse and spoke with the manager. They will not take responsibility for the damage or mention the names of the players who may have damaged my car. They offered me a free lunch...
