For the price, the location, and excellent customer service, I highly suggest the Denis Hotel. The room is huge, the bed, bathroom, and everything else was clean. Bed was comfy, sheets and pillow cases were clean, and bathroom was spotless. Walking to the city center takes around 20 minutes, which isn’t bad. If your lazy, take a taxi for $2 US. Room comes with refrigerator, which is awesome. Also, breakfast comes with the room. You get to choose, I had the omelet both of the 2 days. Also, coffee or juice comes with breakfast. I highly suggest Denis Hotel.

We had such a pleasant stay at Denis, who took care of us all the way through. The hotel is very new and clean, I am genuinely surprised at the high service level by the young lady and the owner and all its personnel including the cleaning lady and the receptionist/nightwatch. Never in western Europe have I encountered such high level of kindness and thoughtfulness in hotels. Thank you Denis Hotel and I look forward to coming back again soon.

Spent four night at Denis Hotel in March/April, which was a great experience! Immediately upon check-in, I was guided to my room by the receptionist who also showed me how to operate the TV, the highly modern shower etc. My first impression was that the people there were extremely helpful - just like everyone else I met in Kosovo! The cleaners were very helpful, and always smiling and wondering if I was okay. The hotel also operates a restaurant in the neighbouring building, Chalet Denis, which I also recommend. You can order a pizza and a soft drink for around five Euros - practically nothing! I really enjoyed my stay at Denis Hotel, and would love to re-book the next time I visit Kosovo. + Large rooms + Fridge, TV and modern showers + Very friendly employees and owners + Nice hotel restaurant + Close to city center and good bakeries/well assorted supermarkets ÷ Reception not always manned ÷ Wi-Fi was sort of weak

Very nice hotel and very well located for reasons that i visited the city of Pristina. The cleanliness was very good and the service from the warm attitude of the staff who is worth noting the positive aspects of my trip . He also worth noting is that all the people of town are very hospitable and always willing to serve me . If I had the chance to travel back again to the city of Pristina , back to the same hotel I had the desire i will stay.

Really are not bad quaint little hotel. But if you're ever at the front desk don't expect to find anybody there lol The staff was also amazing and they actually work in the restaurant down the driveway as well. Good food

Hotel is still unfinished and it may scare you from the outside a little, but the inside of the building is ok. Receptionists speak English enough to communicate, which is very helpful. My room was very big and clean although some things already need some reparations.

This is a sweet, family owned hotel. It has excellent WiFi, is super close to downtown, and the rooms are clean. They own the restaurant at the foot of the hotel where you can eat breakfast for free.

A great place to be. Big clean rooms nice peacefull area, (sure not 4*) but always thinking if its ok for the money that you pay. PS. Please ad a greek chanel.!!!! Safe indoors parking, good food. The staff is very nice and helpfull at the hotel and restuarant too. Next trip to Prishtine I will be here AGAIN.

If a hotel advertises with „24h massage Turkish bath lounge“, I don’t understand, why the property is literally empty. Reception empty, monomer there to welcome you. You can ring as loud as you want, no one there. Seems to me a extremely unprofessional property, therefore I don’t recommend to go there and book their services. But maybe you can’t book the services, as they are not there.

Very good room. The service was fast and effective. The only 2 issues I had were its location and lack of drinkable water (I drink a lot of water). But buying water doesn't cost a thing there.
