If i could give this hotel 0 stars i could. If you stay at this hotel and the pool is full from people coming in from outside the hotel they won’t reserve any spaces for you. Awful service and just overall rude staff. I waited 3 hours to get into the pool and as i was waiting they were letting in people because they knew the people who worked there and got pool beds reserved even though it’s a “no reserve, come in first serve” Avoid this place.

The place was fabulous but they did lie about the price of the room everyone paid $180 euro a night they charged me $240 euro a night because they saw my vehicle with USA plates. I was advised from guess to make reservations from a local phone number so that way you get the fair price.

Very bad and unprofessional staff. Waited for water and food almost 1 hour and half. Even the manager is rude.

Have come to this hotel facilities numerous of times and the service has always been great. But today has really shown a different side to this management at the outdoors swimming pool where a member of staff was very rude and even had the cheeck to swear at my sister and my family of 9 pupils. Its a shame he started working shortly after and even in and around me which was quite intimidating. Will not come here again as i believe they do not take their business seriously.

Super nice hotel with an awesom pool inside and outside. The personnel was very nice and friendly. The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good and fresh. For dinner we visited the restaurant at the top and it was awesome, too. Thumbs up.

The most luxurious hotel in Pristina. All in the hotel is in perfect condition. I came first time when the hotel was opened and since then they have expanded but the "old" part of the hotel is in the same shape as new part. Excellent rooms, perfectly clean. Staff very polite and helpful for whatever issue you might have. Excellent variety at the buffet for breakfast also omelette made as par your choice with good bread choice. Plenty of nuts and seeds for vegans. The bar on the ground floor is open 24/7 whereas the terrace is open till midnight offering all kind of coffees, soft drinks, alcohol drinks but also homemade cakes and chocolates! One of the best restaurants in Pristina is on the top floor. Hotel is located directly behind the petrol station. Aslo convenient if you need to fill up for your next trip.

This review is for the spa only. Price:35 euro per person if not a hotel guest. Overall experience: polite and professional staff, the place is clean and well maintained. Plenty of clean towels and very nicely decorated. Suggestions: please mark each room indicating the type of room (dry sauna, steam, aroma, etc.) as well as temperature inside each. For the sauna near the jacuzzi and with a cold water barrel outside, increase temperature to 80-90 degrees Celsius. Otherwise having a cold water barrel near it doesn’t make sense.

Been there a few times. Friendly and professional staff. Restaurant and bar serve great food and drinks. Spa/gym/pool - spacious and clean. Breakfast quality and quantity is good as well. variety of cheese, cold cuts, fresh veggies and different breads. Plus, fresh omelettes! I highly recommend this place for business and leisure, just keep in mind that the city centre is not in walking distance.

Excellent hotel in every way. Great rooms. Great food, special the breakfast with a chief making a ommelett special made for you. Very clean. Very nice swimmingpool, spa and gym. All the staff is great, very helpful. High speed wifi. Good AC. It is little bit outside of Tirana so there is nothinfþg around but because of that it is quite.

Giving 4 stars because it's a great hotel. Although we are very disappointed that swimming for children under age 16 is prohibited. My children was looking so forward to come and swim and enjoy their time in the hotel same as we did last year !!

This is a 5 star hotel, worthy of every star. With 3 restaurants on board, pools indoor and outdoor, jacuzzi, sauna, massage. Everything screems high end and class. It's great place to even just chill. In close vicinity is gas station and burger King and a small mall center. Every room is with dedicated WiFi router where you can connect on the cable. Great place to check out Pristina, worth it's price. Also great place for conference and business meetings. Food is really good, and one of the restaurants serves high end dining experience, if you want to experience tastes. I didn't try so I can't really say if it's worth it, but just the possibility of it there is great
