I travel with my own pillow, ear plugs and eye mask, so I can't comment on that stuff. What I can say is that, despite the exterior not looking promising, the room was nice and clean and my bed was the most comfortable of the trip to-date. I had picked up a stomach bug of some sort (not from the hotel), so I slept for like 14 hrs, less potty breaks. So, when I say it was comfortable, that was true even after an excessive time spent there. They cook breakfast fresh to order and will make espresso drinks fresh too. They went above and beyond being helpful with my luggage and everything. Clean, comfortable and well-located - really all I care about in a hotel!

Excellent hotel in a perfect spot that exceeded our expectations! Great value for the price. Everything is within easy walking distance. The family room was a good size, with comfortable beds and windows facing the very busy street. The AC worked very well. The staff are the best feature of this hotel, they really make you feel like family, taking care of anything you can think of, including arranging an airport shuttle and printing some documents for us that I had forgotten to print. Easily the best hotel staff I've ever encountered! And the breakfast was so good, with large portions, I often didn't need to eat anything else the rest of the day. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone else visiting Pristina!

Great hotel and excellent service, stayed here for 1 night, staff were really helpful, very close to the city centre, easy to walk to anything you may need. Breakfast was included and was really good, rooms are clean and well appointed. Definitely would recommend this as a place to stay in Pristina.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and everything was perfect. They helped us a lot. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Also breakfast was delicious. Since the hotel was full, they arranged the hotel for us to stay the other night. Thank you very much for everything.

Excellent hotel! I spent 5 days in a very quiet location and a very kind atmosphere. The guys working here are 24 hour at guests service. Unbelievable! Book this hotel without any doubts. I am not going to change it anymore.

I'm glad I decided to stay here. The hotel looks like new (maybe it is?) from inside. Spent 1st of January here. Water in shower was hot and room was warm. Staff was very friendly. Did not try the 5€ breakfast though. If taxi has troubles finding this hotel, ask them to drive to Sirius hotel. Lacorte is next to it! Location is good. Everything you need is near. There is supermarket downstairs.

I was there only for 1 night, but more than enough to see friendly atmosphere and best owner ever. He offer me a free beer and we chatted a little bit of economic situation in region. Highly recommended because of owner, nice room, and location.

Clean rooms, TV with more 200 channels, strong WiFi, comfortable bed. The breakfast lunch was good, coffee was delicious and the staff is extra friendly and helpful. Will use it next time again. Bravo guys!!!
