The location may be set in the hills, but its bloody far from the city. You will definitely get a work out walking up the hill on the return leg. Quality at Hotel La Familia Residence is "skin deep". Much is falling to ruin: mold here, rot there, electrical power wires not hidden away. All the mod-cons the establishment offered: the "relaxation center" were not well maintained and needed a bloody good clean. It was a "family" affair, a large family at that. It sometimes felt intimidating when "the mob" rushed to my beck and call. The early morning staff member spoke excellent English and offered an excellent service. A bloody good fellow. The other cousins, although lovely and overly helpful, did not offer the professionalism for an establishment at this price point. I felt more like a guest in a large AirBnB, as opposed to a customer of a hotel. Breakfast, although delicious, lacked choice for an establishment at this price point. The view from the room was breathtaking. A panorama of a the town in the hills on the outskirts of Pristina. The windows were huge, allowing light to fill the cavernous room. An excellent air conditioning unit meant for a comfortable nights sleep. The bike hire house next door have great choice in rentals, offered by a great bloke who loves his bikes.

One of the best hotels in Kosovo. Very affordable prices. The staff was beyond good. It felt like they were a family to us. Breakfast freshly made and delicious. Room service was fast and the food also fresh and delicious. Very relaxing with the pool and sauna in the basement, wich you could use in the middle of the night if wanted. The hotel is not positioned in the main centre of Prishtina. I found it very relaxing not hearing the noises of the cars. My overall experience was beyond great! Strongly recomended hotel where you get a lot more for the money compared to other hotels nearby.

Great little hotel, a little out of the centre of Prishtina. Stayed there a couple of times, and each time the service has been excellent, the staff courteous and helpful, food is good. Pool is nice to use, and can be used 24 hours a day. Last time I was there I left my GoPro behind and they were very helpful in getting it returned to me in Germany. Yes, some fixtures and fittings in the bathroom need a little work, but that was a minor issue. Whenever I go to Kosovo now, I try to stay at the AFA Residence because of the service.

Very friendly staff! I had to chancel my reservation unfortunately, but after explaining them the reason for the cancellation they were very kind and understanding and confirmed me the cancellation without any problem. I really do hope to have a chance to go there in the future!

Its not a hotel..It's a house.. And owner is a liar..

Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Ci sono stato 3 anni fa e mi sono trovato benissimo. Sconsigliato se siete a piedi perchè è a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro ma a piedi è circa mezzora (in salita). Buona anche la colazione e comoda e ben riscaldata la piscina.

Eine Katastrophe das schlimmste Hotel meines Lebens. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich es ist schmutzig es schimmelt die möbel sind alt und komplett demoliert türen und fenster sind nicht dicht das gesamte Interior ist veraltet es ist gibt keinen parkplatz es ist unsichere lage lieg weit auserhalb der stadt ist einfach schrecklich um kein geld der welt würde ich dort noch mal hin fahren.
