The friendly staff will be there ready to fullfill your wishes and needs for a clean and comfort stay. I can confirm this for the fact that within 2 years I have spent around 30 days of stay in this Wonderfull Hotel 😊

Stayed here in September and came back for my April trip. Yet again this place is amazing! The staff are so respectful, they go above and beyond! The start of our days here began with breakfast which was absolutely amazing, plenty of options and the food was delicious! Fadili took care of us every morning and quickly learned that one macchiato wasn’t enough for us and had the second sent over by the time we finished the first! Thank you Fadil for amazing service, treating us with such respect, and truly going above and beyond! You made sure everything we needed was taken care of and made sure to start our mornings with a smile! Thank you! To our house keepers, thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me pack my things! You two took the time out of your day to help me and I can’t thank you ladies enough! I could not have did it on my own! Dino, it was so nice to see a familiar face and remembering us from September. You always made sure our lunches and dinners went perfect, thank you always checking in and finding us a table even though we didn’t have reservations! It was a pleasure to have been served by you again! To the entire hotel staff, from top to bottom thank you for going above and beyond for your guests! We appreciate you all so much and we look forward to coming back!

The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean. They were warm and cozy. The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi on the ground floor. The breakfast was nice and with a lot of choices. They have a restaurant as well but we had dinner in the city so we did not experience it. If I will go back to Peja I will go to stay there again.

Good food and staff and the front desk and the restaurant. Other than this, the hotel is nowhere close to a 5-stars standard in terms of facilities and quality. A 3-stars level would, at the best, suffice.

After a long trip you would expect a five star hotel to at least be able to offer a quiet night but this wasn’t the case. A wedding was taking place and the loud music that lasted until midnight made it impossible to sleep. Although the room was clean and the food was delicious even though a little overpriced nothing could really be appreciated with a sleep deprived mind.

My family and I love coming here. We especially loved having Dino as our waiter. He is very professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. One of the best waiters in the entire restaurant!! Thanks for everything Dino!!!

We were here to eat only. Apparently waiters are not allowed to smile at foreigners or why are they so unfriendly if they notice one doesn't speak Albanian? Food was terrible. Ordered wok thai.. was really hot like it came fresh out of a microwave.. bad aftertaste and the veal inside was very cheap meat.. didn't even eat half of it (12€ in Peje!!).. my wife ordered pasta with shrimps.. pasta was very bland and eventough she loves this pasta with shrimps she didn't even eat 1/3 of it.. 24€ (which is not small here in Peje) and we hardly ate anything because it really was bad. Asked to pay, didn't even get an answer.. looked away and went to get the check.. didn't give any tip. Waiter looked and just went away. Not one word. Not once asked if anything was okay, nothing. Just annoyed faces.

If you want a good nights sleep DON’T stay here. Although the hotel is lovely, the fact that on all sides there are ridiculous parties, speakers, horrid music playing all hours you fee you are sleeping on a sub-woofer. Only stay here if you are deaf or don’t enjoy a good nights sleep

I enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean and complete with all listed amenities. Food was delicious. Service was incredible. Employees went above-and-beyond in being helpful and they are the reason I will be going back to this hotel!

Overated prices for the rooms, the restaurabt is nice and the sisha bar full of men and ver few women. When a women enters everybod stairs like they have never seen a woman before!! Very unpleasant if you come with your sisters or wife

A five star hotel without a single quiet room. (Car and motorbike noise on one side, bar music on the other.) a good hotel if you don’t mind sleeping after 1am.

Rooms: Nice rooms, very good shower and Nice beds. Door is heavy and to open fully you need to be a bit rough. Service is good, people are Nice and try their best to help. Location: Nice location in the city but the bar on the right side on groundlevel has the music (bass) onacceptably loud. We first stayed in room 109, almost above the club and the bass was too loud to be able to sleep. The music stopped at 00:00 on a tuesday ... Compliments to the staff who arrangened a different room. Music still faintly there but much much better. Restaurant: crazy crazy buzzy. Waiters are working their socks off. Possibly shortage of personnel? The food is not really good for dutch standards. Steak was supposed to be medium but turned out complete done. Fries were cold. Lasagne was Nice. It took us a long time to pay because the waiters where so buzzy. Nice Guys.

Every year I visit peja I love coming here. The food is excellent, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, not to mention the amazing home made sweets and desserts! The outdoor seating area is beautiful with a great backdrop of the river and mountains. Most definitely a 5-star hotel in Beautiful Peja. And when the sun sets V-Lounge is the place to be!!

I am staying in the hotel as we speak; I have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed my stay, with that said there is one area that gets a one star! The outside dining area gets the one star... it's not the food or drinks it is the staff...the waiters avoid English speakers; when you select a table and are seated, the fear factor sits in and they will not come to your table because of the language barrier! Don't get me wrong I love this place and love Peja but this is not good! Only a few know English. I will continue to stay but this is an easy fix! Regards, Gordon

Very easy and welcoming check in. The room is beautiful, modern and clean. Amenities available. I asked for conditioner and after 2 hours they forgot to bring it. I called and requested it again and they brought up shower gel and shampoo. I then called reception again to ask for conditioner and they said they don’t have any. Why didn’t you just say that from the beginning?! The minibar wasn’t working so all the drinks were warm. Also, there’s a club right next under the hotel, so regardless of where you’re situated you’re going to be hearing the beats throughout the night. Really uncomfortable sleep with the music blasting. Not quite sure why the floor in the shower is sloped down, which made it very slippery. The restaurant breakfast was average . Also, it was super dark.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Nice hotel and good service (with among other things a pool and sauna). The reception didn't always sound or look friendly but we're helpful nonetheless!

Hotel Dukagjini is placed in the very center of Peja. So the location is perfect. I have no been into the rooms but i am going to talk about the restaurant. I have been there in spring and autumn. When it is warm enaugh, the reataurant has an open space that faces towords the river. The view is very beautiful and you ca feel even a small cold breeze that comes from the water. The restaurant is very clean and the waiters are very gentle. The food that they have on the meny, is somehow tipical of the region. For dessert i recommend the sufle with ice cream. The restaurant has paid private parking.

Firstly, we only came to the restaurant, not the hotel. The waiter was not very attentive but the manager came over to take care of us personally so I'm not sure if that's a plus or minus. The views were great and the food was good but almost too rich, definitely save room for dessert. It was just so close to a perfect 5 star experience, that I think it's worth trying and reviewing for yourself.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean spacious rooms. All the amenities of a fine hotel. Excellent restaurant and personal touch with the owner on premises. He checked with us several times to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Probably the best hotel in the city, located in the center at the walking area, good and clean rooms. Beautiful ambient at the restaurant. Breakfast is good only when there are enough guests. While I am going there for long time, I think that overall quality has dropped off, and for my opinion doesn't deserve 5 stars. Many details are missing to be a 5 star hotel.
