The most disappointing service, extremely rude staff and waiters! We waited 35 minutes for one coffee and two soft drinks for little children, which never came. Instead, 4 waiters came with the most insolent attitude telling us that they have a law that they do not serve coffee at the tables with the lake view, rather at the area next to the parking lot. I would never recommend this place for the food, or the service! If you want to take pictures of the lake, there are better ways other than frustrating yourself by rude staff.

Good view. Food was overpriced and the quality was horrible. I strongly suggest to not order seafood, especially spaghetti with seafood. Also, waiters are not focused on their tables. You have to wave several times to get noticed.

The place is having a perfect view but my hot coffee was offered in glass of cup used for i ed drinks with no holder, and a plastic straw is in it 😅😅😅

The owner and most of the staff were amazing. Half of the waiters ago were terrible and rude. The room was exactly like other reviews had stated where it was very unkept, there's still garbage in there, there's a Turkish bath, and the blinds were half on half off. The views and food however are pretty amazing. In fact I've views there are a very rare sight to see

You can't find a more beautiful and peaceful place. We had such a great experience, they were serviceminded and the traditional food was extremely delicious. Prices are reasonable. Well worth a visit. Pictured are Sofra Dukagjini for two persons.
