A feedback to the owner: being a Karen doesn't help the employees perform better at their job, showing compassion, care and training them - helps. It was more than a surprise to see as one of the employees was crying after a word with the owner. The place and food remains to be desired as well...a bathroom with stupid taps, no warm water and hand towels in tiny size may look good but degrade the experience a lot.

The manager there was very rude to the staff, that much that she made someone cry. Service from employee's was very good. Food was not so good, from the three times I ate there. Overpriced and not anything special. We ordered French Breakfast, the toasted bread was not warm enough to melt the butter.

I became a daily customer and can easily say, it’s the best dessert in town. 1) nicely located with a cozy atmosphere 2) friendly staff 3) good dessert variety 4) nice outdoors seating area 5) prompt service 7) surprisingly all guest and staff were women. It felt like a Girls Night Out. I’d like to enjoy my morning coffee there next time.

It has a big variation of quiches and superb cakes. The hot chocolate is delicious. The ambiance, vibrant. The service is unprofessional. The garden, quint.

Got french toast and what came was toasted slices of bread with honey. So so basic for the price. Id expect some cream on top or for syrup but very dissapointed

Visited this place on recommendation, but they would close within 20 minutes, the lady at the cash desk told me. Nevertheless they were able to make me a quick snack and I liked it. It looks like a very clean and tidy place, well runned. Pricewise it is quite in the higher ranks, but as I get this good quality, I am ok with it.

Very disappointing. They changed their service to self-service and quality suffered greatly with it. The food is not nearly as good as before. The French breakfast is half the size at the same price, and now contains tiny slices of bread, store bought juice and marmelade instead of fresh juice and home-made marmelade, the croissants are cheap and greasy. Presentation of the food was also a little thoughtless. And the self-service kills the vibe, a lot more hassle going on inside because everybody needs to get up all the time to order and pick up the orders. Then afterwards nobody's there to pick up your dishes. If you order more coffee, you need to return the cups by yourself because otherwise the cups and glasses would just pile up on your table... Sorry, not coming back any time soon.

It is a really good place for brunch. In the winter is cozy inside and in the summer is really cool in the terrace and there is a lot of greenery around. The food is good and there is some really good options for vegetarians. I would feel better and more welcomed if the managers of the place are more polite and have a better treatment of their team, therefore the staff could perform better.

Great place for breakfast, specially tartines made with the artisan sourdough bread (must try). Can definitely recommend chemex coffee and the hummus tartine. Overall the place has cozy atmosphere and tasteful decor.

I haven’t eaten here so cannot review the food quality. The food options that were proficiently explained by the warm staff provided details of a broad range of vegan and veggie food options. Plenty of plant based super food ingredients are on offer here in a modern, well thought out dining area.

They have the best tarts and quiches! They also have delivery service.

Spacious and green terrace. Inventive menu with good Veggie options. Service is a tad slow but who is in a hurry on a weekend anyway . Tartine has become one of my favorite places in Prishtinë.

Love this place ! The food and the desserts were so good. Very unique way of serving the tee ( I had lavender tee ) Such a good spot for breakfast or brunch. Would love to come back here again.

Food is 10/10, getting to the bathroom is 3/10

The place has a cozy atmosphere and the cakes are tasty. But the service is really bad. We asked the waitress if one spot was free during lunch break, she said the table is free. Once we finished eating, the owner came and cleaned the table and put a reserved label. All of this happened while we were still mid conversation and during our lunch break. 5 minutes later she came and asked us to leave, saying that the table is reserved and one of the guests was already there, making us feel under pressure even though we were still enjoying our break.

The desserts are delicious but the staff is not welcoming at all.

Great spot for brunch and healthy menu options (minus the cheesecake!)

The atmosphere makes you think the food would be amazing but it wasn't. The chicken tartine was terrible. The chicken was dry and tasteless, the bread was so wet. At least they can do is toasting the bread a bit and season the chicken. For the price they charge, it wasn't worthy.

I was staying around the corner from this place and was fortunate enough to come here on my first morning and returned many times. I only had the breakfast/brunch options and the cake but it was all of exceptional quality. The space is really nice and the staff are friendly and speak English. Would definitely recommend 😊.

Great ambiance, fantastic staff, and delicious food. Wonderfully hidden also. A great cafe that I look forward to visiting on my next trip.

We enjoyed the food that we ordered for breakfast: avocado tartine & french breakfast. However, they did not bring the croissant in the french breakfast option, and so, when we asked for another slice of bread they did not bring it even if we were willing to pay for it. They said they do not sell anything that's not on the menu (although we missed the savory croissant option in our order). They put a slice of cake instead, which we would not prefer if we were asked. I would prefer more professional assistance and friendly communication from the staff. Overall, nice place to spend time with friends.

Tartine in Prishtina is a hidden gem for lunch. Their quiche is unbeatable, and the cozy French ambiance adds to the experience. A must-visit for a quick, delicious meal!
