Last
week,
I
was
in
Pristina
for
my
business
trip.
I
stayed
at
your
hotel
with
my
wife.
When
I
arrived
at
your
hotel,
there
was
a
lady
at
night
shift
and
she
was
quite
kind
and
helpful.
The
hotel
aldı
has
a
restaurant
beside
of
reception.
We
went
there
for
dinner.
The
guys
who
were
working
there
also
kind
but
they
did
bring
us
an
English
Menu.
The
prices
of
the
foods
taken
part
in
it.
We
ordered
something
to
eat
but
the
check
was
with
different
prices
than
the
menu
which
we
ordered.
I
asked
the
reason
and
they
declared
that
the
prices
in
English
menu
is
old
one.
Even
if
its
an
old
one,
shouldn't
you
keep
the
prices
updated
there
instead
of
deceiving
people?
Anyway.
We
stayed
there
1
night
and
checked
out.
But
maybe
1-2
hour
we
left,
mu
wife
remembered
that
she
forgot
her
shirt
in
the
wardrobe
of
the
room
we
stayed.
We
called
the
receptionist
immediately
many
times
but
no
one
responded
to
my
calls.
We
turned
back
to
hotel
and
there
were
no
responsible
person
at
the
reception
again.
I
almost
waited
the
relevant
person
15
mins.
She
finally
came
back.
We
said
we
forgot
our
shirt
in
the
room
and
we
had
to
take
a
glance
at
it
in
the
room.
But
that
receptionist
said
the
room
was
cleaned
and
the
shirt
was
thrown
away.
When
we
asked
how
this
could
happen,
unfortunately
we
got
no
clear
answer.
I
have
worked
in
hotel
industry
before
and
if
a
customer
forgets
any
item
belongs
to
themselves,
the
personal
things
should
be
saved
and
kept
until
the
customers
calling
back.
This
is
an
unacceptable
event.
They
seriously
took
my
wifes
shirt.
We
do
not
believe
that
they
threw
it
away.
It's
called
theft.
The
receptionist
talked
to
the
lady
who
threw
this
shirt
in
the
trash
and
she
said
that
they
would
definitely
get
back
to
us,
but
no
one
called.
Therefore,
my
advice
to
those
who
will
stay
here
is
to
take
care
of
their
personal
belongings.
