Honestly, it's a great little airport. The first time I flew to PRN there were 8 planes a day, now 40 planes a day. Check-in is a bit bumpy because the IT systems are obviously slow. Security checks are quick and even if you pick up the passport control is not a major obstacle as there are always enough officers on site. The stamp in the passport is only available upon request 😁 Otherwise there are more than enough restaurants and a large duty free shop. There is a small indoor playground for kids and a large smoking terrace for smokers. The prices are typically quite low in Kosovo. I like coming here and I also like flying away. If you are traveling economy you should arrive 2 hours before your flight.

A very nice and clear airport. Short and efficient routes. Even as a non-smoker, I find the large outdoor area very successful. Professional and friendly staff. Low prices and a wide selection of drinks and food.

The staff at check-in has no effin idea what they’re there to do. This is what happens when nepotism takes place. I am a green card holder but GC had expired and I had the extenstion document at home (my fault) Ok, my fault -Lost the first flight because turkish airline staff told me nicely that you cannot fly without a document that proves thatyour green card is extended. My wife gets home and sends me a photo of the document (they told me just a photo of the document is enough) Booked the next flight for 2 days later. Pristina-Brussels-New Jersey-Houston I go to the check in, show the green card and the document and they go “have a good trip” I also pass the passport control with the police. When I get at the gate, the flight to Brussels gets canceled (Eurowings) Ok, I book the 3rd flight. 2 days later I go to the check-in (Eurowings again) You can’t pass with this document, it has to be the original Now, why do you let me pass on my second flight, but you refuse me on my third? Manager goes “well now you will not pass definitely” so it went personal. Like if you begged I would let you pass, but now that you exposed our incompetence there is no way in hell I am letting you pass. Moral of the story: DO NOT FLY THROUGH THIS AIRPORT, DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EUROWINGS They suck and they do not know what they are doing, incompetence at its best. No wonder Kosovo is where it is, a broken country with a bunch of incompetents that have no idea what good attitude is

It's a small airport for a small county, but the stuff is professional, friendly and helpful. There are a lot wheelchair accessible areas, and stuff that helps. A small branching area, outside are many possibilities to get to the city by taxi which is around 15€ or bus which is 2€ to prishtina.

The PRN airport surely taken a leap forward under LiMAK Management 🇹🇷🇽🇰. Clean, good signatories, ample space, variety of shops in DutyFree area, very nice Cafes in both terminal side & air side (The Airline Coffee & More Cafe has even FIJI WATER which caught me by surprise 😄🇫🇯 and such a nice small detail), prayer rooms not only for muslims but for others as well,Huge Outside Terraces with view of nearby terminal for those who want to smoke and have fresh air! Overall, I had a very good experience for such a small size of operation airport and wish all the best for PRN !

Every time I land in the Pristina airport I am always greeted with a smile and the words "Welcome" from passport control. Every time. Wow! No other country has greeted me so warmly. I love Kosovo and this airport.

Good airport. But, the restaurant just after passport control has a parrot on display; an African Gray, that is in a tiny cage with limited food, disgusting water and pieces of plastic bag in his food/water and zero toys/enrichment. As a bird rescuer this saddens me greatly. This bird species has an iq similar to a 5 year old, and lives for a very long time, and to be so mistreated is a tragedy. Please consider surrendering this parrot so it can have a healthy fulfilled life. Not the sad one it has now.

I really don't understand the bad reviews. I used it twice and everyone was very nice. The people are very calm. And the employees are very sweet. They are very tolerant. I think it is a very nice airport for Pristina🇽🇰

Although the building is new and looks spacious, the airport is chaotic, crowded and queues are everywhere. The area is not organized and really hard to find anyone who speaks English - only representatives of aircompanies. Also, social distancing or wearing masks are not really popular

Nobody showing up for check in. Waiting for over 30 minutes past the time told someone would show up. Clearly no sense of urgency for people on a timeline for getting home.

Home airport ❤️ Very fast service, nice and friendly staff willing to help you with any request. Modern, clean, not very noisy and with you don't have to walk a thousand miles to reach the gate. Wheelchair accessible, a large parking space (up to 15 minutes free of charge, 15-60 minutes 2€), a wonderful fountain-statue - the symbol of Adem Jashari, a national hero from the last war in Kosovo, after whom the airport was named. Highly recommended for numerous direct routes (especially to Germany, Switzerland and Turkey). When using this airport, make sure you are eligible to travel to Kosovo, so you obtain the relevant visa prior to your trip if needed.

Almost all of the airport staffs are so bad and uneducated. Even they don’t want to their jobs. You will be an enemy for them if you speak English. Hope to will be more professional.

I can't really say good or bad. However maybe due to pandemic preventing measures, we couldn't get inside to wait for the inbound passenger's and it was cold outside to wait.

If I could rate 0 I would. The worst experience I ever had in the airport. The staff is extremely, unbelievably rude. They cause you problems without reason and laugh on your face. They don't understand English and they can't help you at anything. They violated our right to travel for no reason and they made jokes on us. Worst ever, avoid at all costs. (Staff in the cafeterias there same behaviour, don't speak English and laughing on your face).

Everything was very speedy. Check in was 5 or 8 minutes, security was 10 or 15minutes, pasaport control was 1 or 2 minutes. Duty-Free was expensive though.

No digital boarding passes or prints accepted, aviation like 20 years ago, check in can be a long and annoying process here. Check in and baggage drop off machines are present at the airport for around half a year already but still not in use. Boarding procedure can be very unpleasant as well, usually there are boarding calls in groups (passangers with small children, special needs, business class, etc., you know the drill) but not here, at some time, the doors to the gangway will be opened without any prior announcement and people start flooding the aircraft as if not everybody would have a dedicated seat.

Today I had an altercation with one of the police officers at passport control. We arrived with a little baby who was crying while handing our passports to the policeman while the policeman was chatting with his colleague about the rain and good weather and laughing. Politely I asked him if he could check our passports because the baby was crying. The policeman threatened to take my passport and not let us go through customs because he is the one who decides and I have no say. Incompetent and unprofessional staff, it doesn't even surprise me who and they think they are I don't know who. It’s a shame to be treated like this by young police officers who are not even 25 years old!!!!!

Transportation is very easy. Taxis charge 25 Euros for the center, but can be halved depending on your bargain. The bus is very comfortable and air-conditioned. 3 Euro. The only problem with the airport is that it is full of flies, which makes you wonder whether it is a city or an airport.

We inform Eurowings many times by phone plus at the airport directly physically that the passenger on today's Stuttgart-Pristine flight needs a wheelchair because he has had heart surgery and has an extra reserve ticket with a wheelchair, they say "yes" in the end the passenger is not taken with a wheelchair, but you have to walk on foot in that condition!!!! The reason is "lack of female workers". Shame!

I have no other words than the good ones , This company is the best at the airport, they have the best service, starting from the head of the company to the last employee, they were extremely polite and kind , also very hopeful . These cars deserve their price and even more . I am so thankful for their service. Until we see you next time , lots of respect from me and my family 🤗

Airport is ok but they need to work on cleaning the washrooms, they smell like they been peed on for weeks without cleaning up. Also their DUTYFREE/UNIFREE Store has fake products, I recently bought Blue Channel cologne scent which barely lasts for an hour. Don't expect quality products from DUTYFREE/UNIFREE store. Airport staff have gotten much better than before, Police are more professional now too. Could be because of the new government as they behave professionally on road traffic too. Only cons are: - Washrooms smell and nothing is clean - DUTYFREE Store is a fraud cheap fake Turkish replication of real products! - Luggage does get thrown around as I had my luggage ripped off a wheel and torn at the top. (although other airports are similar)

Old infrastructure but this is not the problem. The signalling is very poor, quite hard to understand where to go for to T1 to connect with another flight from T3. You have to take a bus on the ground floor and no-one is there to help you. Honestly, I expected more from the wealthiest centre of Germany...

The Adem Jashari International Airoprt of Prishtina has many services not just to Albanians, they serve the same way to turkish people because of the management. Limak is a coorporate from Turkey that turned the old Prishtina airport to a large small airport with a lot more and good services better than Sofia Tirana Skopje Belgrade Airports. The reason why its better than the others its because its very new. Greetings to Istanbul iGA Airport. Massive services. Been there. Enjoyed there.
