Die Dame hat eine fahrt von über 2 1/2 Stunden alles über Landstrassen von zuhause bis zum schweizer Konsulat. Dort angekommen wimmelt man sie ab mit der Begründung das Visum sei zuerst zurückgezogen worden und erst wieder neu beantragt worden und desshalbt kann sie das Visum nicht vor 16:00 Uhr bekommen. Was völlig absurd ist ( Laut der zuständigen Person vom Migrationsamt für Visumsbestätigung ) weil die Bestätigung 1 Monat früher angekommen ist und bis zum 26.12.2018 gültig ist. Das bedeutet das Visum wurde bestätigt und es gab nur diese eine bestätigung vom Migrationsamt. Beim Konsulat in Prishtina hat man der Dame aus lustlosigkeit an der Arbeit einfach einen Grund vorgeschoben um sie abzuwimmeln. Die Dame musste von 09:00 Uhr bis um 16:00 in Prishtina warten. Da eine Fahrt bis nachhause und wieder zurück nach Prishtina sinnlos gewesen wäre wegen der zu langen Fahrtzeit ( 5 std. Hin und zurück ). Sehr schade, wie schlecht auf die Bedürfnisse der zukünftigen " Steuerzahler " eingegangen wird und noch trauriger ist es, dass auch die Menschlichekeit und das Verständniss dafür fehlt, der Dame weiter zu helfen obwohl sie die ganze Situation erklärt hat und auch die Bestätigung vom Migrationsamt in Zürich bei sich hatte ohne jegliche zeitbeschränkung, dass das Visum abholbereit ist. Trotzdem wurde sie nicht erhört und man hat sie stattdessen arrogannt abgewimmelt. Wenn die Schweiz so im Ausland vertreten wird, dann tut es mir leid für all die Schweizer die dafür bekannt sind fleissig und sachlich bei der Arbeit zu sein und auch einen funken Menschlichkeit besitzen. Sehr traurig und sehr sehr schade für die Schweiz.
