    I experienced Hell in the "5-star" Hotel in which I spent my vacation this year in Turkey, the arrangement that this fraudulent agency gave me. Why .deceptive? Because the staff who were there promised Paradise until they got the money and when they reach the destination you face Hell, a hotel that doesn't even deserve 2 stars.     Absolutely terrible. They change the hotel at the last minute without offering options and do not answer the phone when you ask for additional clarification. They are the first to accept the payment, and even pressure you to do something like that as soon as possible, while when it comes to accountability, they don't even accept to apologize for their mistakes. So please, if you want to go on vacation and enjoy yourself, DO NOT CHOOSE VENETA TRAVEL.
