My recent experience with Heb's was poor. When placing my order online, I specified 'no without salt' in the remarks section. They called to confirm the order, and although I confirmed it, I forgot to reiterate the request about the salt. I attempted to call back to confirm but faced difficulty reaching them; my calls either went unanswered or were declined after several attempts. Additionally, I found the food and French fries excessively salty. This, along with my previous experience with their mysharwma, led me to feel unsatisfied. I also observed a striking similarity in logo, brand identity, and unfriendly service across both their locations near the University of Prishtina, raising concerns about consistency and professionalism. Smells like the mayor of Prishtina, Perparim Rama has a special relationship, giving those similar restaurants with similar brand identity the oppurtunity to open their franchise in the campus of the university

The food is never the same, one day it can bee good, the next day dry or soggy. The staff that serve the food in Rruga B are very strange, the girls that work there have no face expressions and always look like they haven’t slept in weeks, no one smiles. I do not recommend.

I got an onion burger meal. The price is very affordable, that meal cost less than 5€ which is a lot cheaper than other fast food places. Anyway, I got my food and it was alright, nothing amazing. It reminded me of KFC but not quite. The one thing that took away from my enjoyment was the portion of the fries and my drink, i believe I was served kids sized portions as my friend told me he got a bigger drink with his meal.

Delivery was 1.5 hour late. I called 3 times to check if everything was OK with the order but they always lie and say that the food will be there in some minutes. When it arrived food was cold. If it takes 1.5 hours for a distance of 1km for the food to come home that why do they offer delivery option. For 1.5 hours I can go and eat at the place I don't need delivery. Never again 👎🏻

Is anyone here looking forward on getting disappointed while ordering food? If yes, Hebs is something I would suggest. They will do a terrific job messing up your order, making sure that burger you are looking forward is lacking the quality of what a food should have and please do order extras they will be the same as that burger. They have the worst delivery I’ve ever seen. They say the order will take 40-50 min then you have to wait for more than 2 hours without any info. They used to be better but now they’re getting worse and worse

The food used to be better a year ago, somehow they changed the recipe, the delivery was on point and the food was delicious that time. However, today I ordered some Chicken tenders, they were everything but not tender, more like a cardboard. I ordered twice on their website, I had to call them twice and to tell them that I made an order. The delivery was on time, I’m just really disappointed by the food quality.

If you wanna regret delivering food, order at HEBS. They are terrible on delivering, so irresponsible and too much delays. My nearest Heb’s its literally 3-4 km away, and it took 1and a half our to bring. TERRIBLE.

The service, delivery, and food quality from these guys are nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being a mere 1km away, the average delivery time stretches an unbelievable two hours. This level of incompetence is surreal and demands immediate attention to fix these glaring flaws.

THE SERVICE IS TOO BAD!The workers that work there make so much mistakes in orders.I ordered online once and they forgot 2 out of my 4 drinks.When i called they said we can’t do nothing about that.The workers there are STUPID.The food is sometimes so cold because they forget to call you to get it.The food is soggy and the drinks are fake.It is not Pepsi or Cola, its something else that is really bad.The other Heb’s locations are AMAZING they are soooo good,but at Street B, its a GARBAGE LOCATION.Go to Albi Mall or at another location,DO NOT GO TO STREET B LOCATION!

I made an order where it says that will arrive in less than 1h, after 1h and 30min later I called to check if the order is ready to be delivered or maybe almost arrived or something, they say that your order hasn’t been sent through the website 🤮🤮

My order has been replaced with different product wich is cheaper and Ive been charged with the original price. horrible!

we ordered food last night and after almost 2 hours WE had to call and the food arrived very cold. wrong drinks despite note and dessert was not there. And there wasnt curly Fries, just normal fries. The food is very tasty and the price very fair :-)

The food delivered was disappointingly cold, and the fries lacked freshness, suggesting they were undercooked. It was a rather unpleasant experience ordering from here, and it would be advisable for the workers to have more responsibility when preparing and delivering food to ensure that it meets the expected standards of quality.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service, delivery, and food quality I experienced. The excessively long average delivery time is unacceptable. This level of inefficiency is truly astonishing, and urgent measures must be taken to address these issues.

I ordered the food and they didn’t deliver it to me, i had to sleep hungry, and the girl on the phone wasn’t professional at all!

I had a little complaint about something, and I must say that their manager handled it extremely professionally. (Heb's Gjilan) I was impressed by their customer service! 💯

They messed up my order many times but this time it has me so confused when i called they said that i had to order in another location but now i dont know if i should order or not because i got a email saying that my order is gonna come in 40-60 minutes never eating here again

Do NOT eat here. I know so many people who got food poisoning at this Heb’s. Heb’s used to be my favorite place, but food quality definitely went down from two years ago.

Normal sandwiches nothing special about it Expensive price compared with the order meal, I don't recommend it 👎

Very bad delivery!!!! The food came cold and also some of the things that I ordered they forgot to put in the box , TWICE!!!

Service was good, the server was really friendly but the cakes and drinks were terrible. Maybe it is just because that they mostly do food, anyhow….

The best concept ever for first time in Kosovo Chicken & Sweet's are delicious friendly place Tasty ICE CREAM from Carpigiani - Everything looks good.

Food take 1h for delivery for 1km, it was cold and not tasty, especially fries, they charged 2 more euros than on the check

We paid full price for a 7 people order.The order was completely wrong(2 people order worth less than half the price). When we complained and the delivery came again with the right order, they demanded we pay full price once again.

As a Kosovo brand, Heb's has been doing good for the time it's been out, however the thing that makes it lack from other big fast food brands is the inconsistency, every time I eat there it's like playing a roulette, will I get a kids sized fries portion? will the bread be uncooked? or will I even get the same food I ordered? will the coke even taste like coke or just 70% water? Especially recently, they've started giving fries so small it wouldn't even count in the kids menu compared to a year ago when it was triple or more its size. The order especially during delivery gets messed up a lot. Whenever they give you a drink in a can they make you pay 50 cents more without even mentioning it while ordering. The bread changes so often for a brand this big. If you eat in Heb's every few months you will notice the changes in portion and even taste way more. Even their Offers were cheaper and bigger compared to now, a few months later. Just inconsistency everywhere. Cooperate needs to stop being so money-hungry if they want this brand to not die out, otherwise people will just move to KFC and other brands. Although I enjoy the food, I don't see myself visiting Heb's as often if they continue with this inconsistency.

Ordered a beef burger and had to wait 7 minutes for a cold burger that upset my stomach for the entirety of the next day. Service is in shambles, food used to be way better, now is mediocre as it is up to luck whether or not you get the order hot and fresh. It is a failed attempt to copy KFC level of quality. I don't recommend this place, at least not this spot, as Heb's has multiple locations.

Ordered take out, chicken was RAW. Undercooked, no flavor, staff was rude and had an attitude. Food was cold aswell and cheese nuggets were burned and tasted frozen. Chicken spicy wings were literally raw, almost threw up. The chicken spinner was soft and tasted like it was made hours ago and just warmed up. Dont recommend eating takeout or anything Only good thing was the canned pepsi. Lol

I ordered from HEB's delivery, the food was fantastic and came very quickly and was very hot, 10/10 in all aspects
