I've had high expectations for this place since it had some good reviews(fake ones apparently), and good photos, but I got very disappointed. Very uncleaned and not maintained properly. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, and definitely disgusting, not cleaned for ages. If you care about cleanliness and not sleep in other peoples dead skin, then DO NOT STAY here.

We had a really beautiful room, everything we needed was there. The location is very central so in walking distance you have everything you need. There’s a private parking which is very handy. Also the service was amazing, they did more than someone would expect to help us and make sure we had a great stay. Definitely recommended and will book it every time I come to Pristina. Thank you for everything!

we had a great stay at the apartment which was clean and super modern. JETMIR really made the difference, he was kind and thoughtful, and he was always available, even during the night!! He did the shuttle to the airport. Super super recommend this hotel, well located!

So this is actually a hotel and not “apartments”. They look nicer than the ones down the street. Lol

I’ve been there last week. Super; the rooms were clean and amazing, and the staff was very nice and friendly. It’s a plus because you are near the city center. Totally recommend it.

This hotel is excellent! The rooms are very modern, clean and the hotel has private parking. The staff is really helpful and welcoming. The city centre is very near too! I'll come back again in the future :)

I stayed at the hotel for one week during my holiday. The staff was always ready to help. The rooms were super nice, modern and clean. The parking place was secure and always had free places. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Prishtina!

It looks nothing like in photos. Maybe it did when it was new, but now not at all. It was very dirty, things were worn out. Sheets were not washed for weeks, they were filthy and had hairs on it. They didn't even put toilet paper in there. The basin was not cleaned and had small hairs on it. Toilet seat had pee stains. Not even the basic needs were included . I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Perfect location, super clean and quiet place. Perfect to stay with your family. The apartment has all the necessary equipments to cook too. The bathroom was very clean. All the shops and city center were so close to the location of the apartment. The staff was so polite and welcoming. Im sure if i have to travel in Pristina another time, I will book the same place.

I’ve stayed here for 4 days the best staff with maximal help all facilities as said in the booking and better expectations. We will 100% return to this hotel again
