– Master Sanjeeva classes were very good considering the small amount of time and the though subject. However he knew to manage in such a friendly way and he made philosophy very comprehensible.

Sanjeev sastry garu has lot of knowledge about Yoga and beyond the science and the way he treats really great. He gives very simple asanas and breathing but great effective. His treatment not only Yoga and along with Vatha,Pitta Kapha Doshas, Body tatva, Jyotishya , Marma, Past Karmas and beyond, food etc.....I never met in my life like him with so much knowledge. He is a great Spritual teacher too. His guidence helps me a lot. Now trying to understand the purpose of life. I must say Sanjeev garu something special. No words to explain. He seems very simple guy and jovial person and bold . He is so young with higher knowlwdge about LIfe ,Yoga , Vedas, Puranas,Spritual OMG what not... but his presence, every one feels comfort and energy surroundings. This much i can say. Few people make a huge difference in our life. Such a person is Sanjeeva , my Yoga guru and my spiritual mentor. He has opened up doors to search for the divine, to search deep within my own self. He trained me with all Yoga sutras and constantly encouraged me to continue my drive for physical and mental well-being. He taught the Asanas, pranayama that are suitable and specifically targeted at my health. I don’t complain about my sciatica pain, back pain anymore and I am able to mediate for a long time in a comfortable Yoga posture. Excellent. The classes were very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students. I felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with love and respect and felt I was in presence of a true teacher. Sanjeev hi teaches more than just postures. Classes are one hour long and the price is quite low. Definitely recommend this place to take Yoga classes in Hyderabad
