This
hotel
opened
barely

ago
as
of
28/May/2023
and
already
the
staff
is
bloody
arrogant
and
lethargic
about
service.
This
was
our
third
visit
there,
to
the
A/C
section
and
already
we
could
notice
severe
degradation
in
the
quality
of
food
and
service.
We
ordered
two
thalis
today.
They
came
very
late.
The
rice
was
cold.
Items
were
bad.
The
manager,
Veeru,
had
the
attitude
to
sit
right
beside
us
at
another
table
and
wasn't
even
helpful
at
solving
any
issue
.
The
last
time
itself,
we
didn't
get
rice
and
the
curd
was
stale
and
this
veeru
fellow
promised
to
do
better.
This
time,
his
attitude
is
completely
different
and
he's
throwing
his
arrogance
at
us.
They
even
added
water
bottle
charges
in
the
final
bill,
even
though
we
never
ordered
water.
Fraudsters.
Horrible
experience.
For
their
arrogance,
i
hope
this
new
hotel
flops
badly
and
they
lose
a
ton
of
money.
Utter
rogues!!!

P.S:
i
took
the
number
of
the
proprietor,
Srinivas
Rao
(i
was
told)
and
called
him--
he
neither
took
my
call
nor
returned
it
later.
Such
is
their
reckless
attitude
to
customer
service.
I
hope
you
guys
flop
badly
and
not
show
your
faces
in
Mokila
ever
again!!
