Venture from renowned group of comoany. Lahari resorts are near this place. Presently as of 2018 not many houses there but very soon the area is taking up boom. People are expanding away from Hyderabad centre. Since this place is very near to shankarpally and Hi-Tech city it's gud for professionals. Also international schools are near. Osmam Sagar lake is also near,many green parks and farms which make up to the fresh air. I recommend the place for re investment.

Good venture proper layout with few established projects. Looks like price is in higher range at the time of writing this review.

This layout is good with roads. But needs further developments as per the Hmda norms and commitments from lahari for drainage lines, water harvesting etc. Plot Nos HMDA Norms - 2010 - 17,38(Corner plots), With present HMDA norms - 2016 (21, 38) Request other owners also to review and post the comments.

Developer Hari babu garu, please expedite the layout development process as committed 5 years back. Hmda norms not yet met.
