Extremely comfortable for plus size, friendly and polite staff, they help in picking the right fitting. I have been purchasing for a long time. Aswini helped me from the beginning to get the perfect fit for me. It is a highly proposed place for plus size women to get their perfect lingerie.

Customer service is zero, earlier there were people to guide properly but now it's a waste to drop in there, I have been a client of Zivame since they launched then service was excellent,now it's a waste .

Came to this store in the afternoon. There was one employee sitting on the cash counter, and one sales women. Nobody attended or guided me in buying the wardrobe. There are other stores of zivame where customer service is very good. But, in this store the staff are kinda rude and ignorent. Cash counter employee was just roaming around speaking on phone (not to the customer) and sales women didn't explain me about the offers when I asked about them. Because of the crooked/ unsatisfactory service i ended up leaving the store. Nobody wants to buy stuff from a store where staff people are non existent.

Store was so cool... And sales girls too..especially bhoomi she gave me the right colors and right fittings.. She helps me lot every time with cute smile ☺ thanks bhoomi 💞💕
