Room with city view actually was with no view (adding some pictures). Very very noisy, no sound proof at all. You can hear every movement outside your room. Ant the breakfast was quite poor and you have to fight for place to sit. And if you’re lucky to find free table, most likely there will be dishes left.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights while visiting the city, and we found it to be modern and safe with nice staff. We liked the modern boutique feel, and cleanliness standards. Water dispensers on each floor and the coffee machine on ground floor were nice extras, and very welcome. The only downside we found was the wifi signal on the floors was not good. I’m not sure what the issue might be but could be as simple as needing more boosters in the corridors. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

The location of the hotel is convenient. Relatively short walking distance from the Zocalo, Alameda Park and Chinatown. The reception staff are polite and try to help, although not everyone speaks fluent English. But, there is no good insulation from noises, so you hear a lot of noises from the corridor. Also, the breakfast is not good at all. The food is served in very little quantity, for some reason the TV at the dining room is turned on at full volume, and even some of their glasses were broken.

Clean, modern and very spacious rooms. Great location, short walk to a range of things to see and do. Really friendly team who are around 24/7. Felt safe and secure. Notes: no minibar or fridge in rooms. They play music in the landing all the time which you can hear from your room slightly.

Super clean, rooms are specious. Staff super nice and hotel is close to many places. We was able to walk to most of them so was nice. This is the second time staying here and definitely is my to go hotel from now on

Great hotel in convenient location if you are staying for a couple of nights: close to Historic Centre, Roma Norte and Chapultepec Park. Newly refurbished, clean and with all the amenities you need, including breakfast buffet, coffee machine at the reception, small gym. There is a washing service at 50 pesos per kilo, you take a bag from your wardrobe and leave it at the reception, pick it up next day. Found it extremely convenient. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Kali Centro!

Great hotel! It's within walking distance to museums, restaurants and the bus system. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Each room has its own air conditioner unit. I couldn't find any fault with the space, I felt very comfortable. They do have walking tours of the food market and the city if interested, but I didn't partake in them.

This hotel is exactly what it says it is. Close to the airport and Centro, was very happy all round. Don't miss the San Juan food market a block away.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to the historic center. The staff was very friendly. However, breakfast was not up to par, with watery coffee and bland food. There is a good coffee place next door called Gradios Deli-Café though. The rooms were quite dirty but of decent size. The rooms also need soundproofing.

Service was outstanding. Friendly and very helpful frontdesk! Gave the best recommendations and they have a safe taxiservice you can use. Every single space was spotless, you always see people cleaning. Very central location and has huge supermarkt, bakery and fresh market etc nearby.
