The
staff
at
the
Grand
Cayman
Diamonds
International
were
fantastic!!
They
treated
me
great!!!
As
for
Diamonds
International,
the
main
office
(in
Florida),
in
general,
is
a
different
story.
I
bought
a
Crown
of
Light
in
November
of
last
year
when
we
were
on
a
cruise.
I
lost
the
center
stone
30
days
after
I
got
it.
You
would
think
that
spending
that
much
money
on
1
ring
would
say
enough
for
it's
self.
The
main
office
told
me
that
they
WOULD
NOT
replace
the
center
stone.
They
said
that
it
was
scratched
and
it
was
bumped
to
knock
out
the
center
stone.
I
wore
that
ring
maybe
3
times.
After
going
back
and
forth
with
them,
they
finally
said
that
they
would
replace
the
center
stone.
Now,
they
want
$450
for
materials
to
put
the
stone
back
in
the
ring.
If
I
don't
pay
the
$450,
they
will
send
my
ring
back
without
the
stone,
and
I
will
still
be
responsible
for
the
total
cost
of
the
ring
with
no
stone.
The
lady
that
I
have
been
talking
to
has
been
rude
to
me
on
the
phone.
I
think
that
with
all
the
business
that
they
do
all
over
the
world,
they
could
stand
behind
the
jewelry
they
sell.
I
have
bought
a
LOT
of
jewelry
from
them
in
the
past.
This
is
the
1st
time
that
I
have
had
any
problems
with
them.
I
have
even
reached
out
to
Carnival
Cruise
people
(since
I
bought
it
on
a
cruise)
with
NO
response.
This
has
been
VERY
disappointing.
I
was
supposed
to
meet
up
with
someone
when
we
got
to
Port
in
Grad
Truk,
but
due
to
rough
weather,
we
were
unable
to
go
ashore.
She
was
going
to
help
me
with
this
problem.
After
this
episode,
I
will
think
twice
about
shopping
at
a
Diamonds
International
again.
