👍👍 Sweet little craft market just down from where the cruise ships dock, caymanite jewelry, hand woven baskets, hand carved items, spices, jellies and more! Rosemary and others were so sweet to tell us about their craft and to help us find what we were looking for. People often mention market, find,

Nice, but there were fewer vendors since there weren't that many boats docked on the day we visited. I met some nice people, and bought an adorable doll.

Honestly, I expected to see a ton of stores or at least more tents and merchants. I was disappointed when I saw 4-5 people running 3 tents. There wasn't a lot of variety. We wanted to support locals or people that handcraft, instead we had to go to the souvenir store down the street (which had basically the same exact stuff at a cheaper price despite being told by the merchants that their prices are the lowest). I understand competition, but don't lie, it's not worth the $2 difference.

Enjoyed our time - browsing and shopping. It was a beautiful day. Shops, eateries and a relaxed atmosphere. What a beautiful time - true vacation time.

Cool little outdoor craft market! A lot of the vendors create their wares while you wait! My wife really enjoyed looking through the tents.

Great tourist stop. The vendors weren't too pushy, like at other ports I've been to. Lots of refreshing, cold refreshments.

This was a really fun place to shop! It was a rainy, icky day when our cruise ship came into port, so we just strolled around town near the dock. I had seen on Google Maps that there was a craft market not far away, so we headed that way. There were only about 5 booths set up, but the merchandise was nice. Handmade jewelry made of shells and local materials. Some cloth goods and crocheted items. We got into a long conversation with one of the merchants named Rosemary. She was so friendly and full of good will and advice. She has a wonderful island voice, and was simply a joy to talk to. We ended up getting Christmas gifts for all our female family members at the market for really great prices. I'm so glad we stopped there!

We really wanted a local experience when we ported here with #ncl and we were tickled pink to find this craft fair a short walk from the pier. There were about 12 different vendors. I purchased local hot sauce and some kids books that were locally published. I also got to meet the authors, which is a favorite for me! They were kid's books and very sweet and relatable. My sister met Rosemary and purchased some handcrafted jewelry for her. Another vendor had woven baskets. It reminded me of our farmers markets back home and it felt good to be purchasing directly from the local artist. Wonderful stop and a spot I will return to on my next stop.

The market moved some months ago, it is just past the Dairy Queen on S Church St in an open lot (about 15 - 20 mins walking distance north from former location). The first lady at the entrance was very personable, the other 5 or so vendors were hardly interactive (if at all). I'm sure if I said I wanted to buy something they would have offered more exchange, but some of them hardly acknowledged me. I ended up buying from the first lady as, not only did she tell me about her items, but her offerings were beautiful and well made. I purchased a pair of hand crafted Caymanite stone earrings, and look forward to wearing them! The Market was extremely small when I went on a Tuesday afternoon, not sure if this is fixed or if vendor offerings fluctuate. It was recommended by my Airbnb host when I inquired about where I could find locally made goods.

This place is really hard to find. Google maps has it listed in an old location. We then searched on there Facebook page which is also on old location. We were about to give up when a parking attendant told us the new location. We drove over only to find no one there. Guess they decide when to set up or not whenever they feel like. Probably only when cruise ships are in port

Went specifically on a cruise ship day and nothing was set up there at all. Not sure it opens anymore.

Lovely market! I met the nicest people and was able to bring home souvenirs that weren't mass produced in China.

Google sites say it is open 9-3 daily. Drove all the way to Georgetown only to find the site empty. I guess they only set up when their is multiple cruise ships in port.

👍 When on vacation buying gifts and souvenirs is part of the trip and as tourist we get beaten all the time. We looked through many and found that the prices are reasonable and the inventory was there. Again please ask if the price was in US Dollars or cayman currency which is equal to 1.2 USD. I advi...
