This
was
the
worst
experience
I
have
ever
had
with
a
salon,
I
was
supposed
to
be
booked
in
for
a
re-do
with
Monikah
but
it’s
been
almost
3
weeks
and
have
not
heard
back
since.
I
booked
in
for
a
consultation
with
Monikah
as
it
was
my
first
time
ever
being
there.
I
was
asked
to
come
early
if
I
could
and
was
handed
over
to
Carey.
I
let
her
know
I
wanted
my
hair
colored
permanently
and
showed
her
a
picture
for
inspiration.
I
was
getting
pintura
highlights
which
are
supposed
to
be
hand
painted
on
but
the
stylist
was
parting
through
my
hair
with
the
end
of
a
fine
tooth
comb
and
using
foils
(
this
is
not
the
definition
of
pintura
curls).
It
took
6
hours
because
my
hair
got
so
tangled
and
matted
along
with
the
bleach.
The
stylist
called
me
tender
headed…most
of
the
time
she
was
not
even
detangling
from
the
ends
up
to
the
roots
like
you
are
supposed
to
do
with
curly
hair.
I
had
a
migraine
and
left
the
salon
crying
because
Monikah
had
a
heated
conversation
about
the
state
of
my
hair
and
how
damaged
it
was,
and
why
Carey
shouldn’t
have
done
my
hair
in
the
first
place…
right
in
front
and
of
me.
Mind
you
my
eyes
were
swollen
from
crying,
they
could
tell
I
was
not
having
a
good
experience
and
Carey
still
asked
to
put
makeup
on
me
for
their
Instagram
before
and
after
videos…
I
declined.
They
did
not
care
about
my
experience
as
a
new
customer.
My
hair
is
over
lightened
at
the
top
from
being
under
the
dryer
too
long
and
it
does
not
look
similar
to
what
I
asked
for.
I
went
back
to
the
salon
two
days
later
and
let
Carey
know
I
wasn’t
happy
with
the
outcome
and
she
acted
like
nothing
was
wrong
with
my
colour
and
everything
that
looks
bad
is
because
my
hair
was
“damaged”in
the
first
place.
What
was
the
point
of
my
consultation
if
not
to
understand
if
my
hair
was
in
good
health?
I
reached
out
to
Monikah
since
Carey
did
not
care
to
resolve
my
issues.
Instead
of
trying
to
understand
both
points
of
views
before
jumping
to
conclusions,
Monikah
decided
to
reprimand
me
for
“arguing
with
her
staff”
which
I
did
not
do.
I
made
sure
to
visit
right
before
closing
time
and
there
was
no
clients
in
the
salon
and
if
I
get
upset
I
cry
and
my
voice
wavers….
I
did
not
even
get
as
much
as
a
sorry
from
them,
I
didn’t
even
ask
for
a
full
refund
but
for
a
fair
amount
to
be
returned
since
I
was
their
for
6
hours(even
though
none
of
this
was
my
fault)
I
payed
$258
and
have
yet
to
see
a
penny
be
returned
or
heard
about
the
redo
appointment.
It’s
not
that
they
do
not
know
how
to
take
care
of
curly
hair
but
they
did
not
take
the
proper
precautions
with
my
hair
and
would
not
apologize
for
it.
I
would
not
recommend
going
there
to
anyone
based
on
my
customer
service
experience.
