Beautiful little bar off the beach. My server was so sweet. Newly pregnant and she handled everything nicely. Yes free daiquiri samples are true! Yummy!!! Please make sure you try the calamari. Omgg the best I ever had!

Loved this place when we were there last week!! Bartender was so nice and friendly. He said the conch fritters when I ordered them were the best in the Caribbean and he was right. Beat the heck out of the ones I ordered on Bimini a few days later!! Go to this spot! Loved it. Caybrew Light on tap was delicious and as I mentioned before the the conch fritters were awesome!!! Wish I had asked the bartenders name so I could give him a shout out!!!

The Sandbar is so close to the landing spot of the cruise ships, that you should go there, when there are no cruise ships:-) We were very suprised about the varity of vegetarian options and the cheap prices, compared to other Restaurants at Great Cayman. And the Service was perfect. It seema to be a bar but it is a good Restaurant!

The service was WAY better than 5 stars but that's all it will let me give. I asked the bartender for 'Dealer's choice ' for food and he was spot on. The jerked pork was SO tender and the street corn was delicious and he brought me some scotch bonnet sauce to kick up the jerk BBQ. I never expected anything THIS good near a cruise ship port and was pleasantly surprised.

I enjoyed the frozen mango and mango/orange daiquiris. We had the jerk pork & jerk chicken skewers - tender and full of jerk flavor! The whole steamed fish was cooked in a delicious coconut milk rundown broth. Our server Karissa was AMAZING! We also met the owner who shared they have a couple large events in the parking lot twice a month. Such great people work and own here. Support them if you’re in the area.

Just go in and have a strawberry daiquiri like just do it. The other daiquiri were good too but the strawberry 🍓 was delicious. If they put a piece a fruit on top that would have made my day hahahahahah.

We were recommended by a gentlemen in the liquor store to go to this establishment to try the local brews before making any purchases. So glad we did! They have free daiquiri samples. Husband enjoyed 3 brews and we shared conch fritters.

We stopped by after being enticed by the variety of frozen daiquiris but have to say the food blew away our expectations. The fish tacos were massive and full of fresh fish. The shrimp po boy was perfect. The views are amazing as well as the seating area wraps around the bar. Would highly recommend!

A true Island Gem!! It’s a MUST when on the Island! Awesome views, awesome food, awesome atmosphere and amazing service! I just can’t say enough about the Sandbar Daiquiri Bar in the Cayman Island! Great selection of cocktails and local draft beer. The Food is terrific! We ordered the Flame- Kissed Jerk Chicken Skewers and the Street Corn! Good portions and seasoned perfectly, everything was very flavorful and reasonably priced, too.

Food is absolutely delicious! Service kinda sluggish, be prepared to exercise patience. Atmosphere is a subtle blend of local-touristy Vybz and DJ’s cleverly mix it up! Sea view and it’s outside!

Excelente servicio. Despues de un dia en la playa y estando en el puerto de los cruceros ,buscamos un sitio de cervesa fria, comida y buen ambiente. Nos recomendaron y el menu , la calidad de comida y la ambilidad de la joven que nos atendio fue expectacular. Altamente recomendado.

Walked in to escape the heat and Wow! We were immediately welcomed by the friendliest gentlemen the bar, offering samples of frozen daiquiris. So delicious. Challenging to decide on just one flavour. Even though extremely busy, we were offered a table by a friendly waiter within minutes. Our lunch order and drinks arrived quickly. So deliciously tasty. Make sure you add a stop at the Sandbar to your day

After a long day of exploring grand cayman, this restaurant was the place to sit and eat at. Had excellent food and service. Had a virgin drink and that was super refreshing. The tacos were delicious! Drop by and give their food a try!

Change previous review which was five stars across the board. Had the chicken sandwich which should have had grilled chicken breast. It was sliced cold sandwich meat you would buy in a packet. So disappointing.

Great food and some of the friendliest staff we’ve run into during our Cayman stay. Beautiful setting on the water. Jerk chicken skewers and fried plantains are phenomenal! Would highly recommend eating here if you’re in George Town!

We just happened into this place on our way back to the cruiseport and it is amazing. The BEST bartender EVER and we've met a few lol. I believe his name was Milan (sorry if I spelled it wrong) he was so awesome at multitasking with a great personality and the food...it was fantastic! Highly recommend visiting this place, we will definitely be going back one day soon! Five stars doesn't cut it, this was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to try turtle while I was on the island and they helped me find the perfect spot. You have to try the conch fritters. They were delicious!

Layton was the absolute best bartender. He made the most amazing spicy margarita and was so funny and personable. I can’t wait to go back and see if he has a new trick for us!

Stopped in here while going around to various bars in and around seven mile beach with the family doing a bit of bar hopping and day drinking. When we saw the Hurricane Ivan drinks in a post the girls had to go here. It is right on the water and has a beautiful view of the ocean and of the cruise ships if any are in port. The drinks were "strong" but really looked cool and that seemed to be what really mattered to the girls.

Excellent bar and outstanding food! Very short walk from the cruise port. From the street it looks unassuming but head back to the outdoor bar and prepare to be delighted. Broad selection of cocktails and local draft beer. Food is terrific! We ordered the hummus and skewers of jerk chicken and jerk pork. Large portions and seasoned perfectly--flavorful up front followed by the right amount of heat on the back end. Reasonably priced, too. For me this is a can't miss stop in George Town!

Daiquiri is too sweet and without punch. The beer was not cold and also nothing to highlight. The food was not bad... beach expensive restaurant.

Such an awesome place. By the water. If you come in by cruise ship this is just a stone throw away from the tender dock. Great food and great drinks.
