Our waitress was fabulous, the food was also fabulous, they even helped me with my allergies :) and the beach at night was just perfect. Great experience!

Disappointed. The service was horrible and the waitress was impolite/rude. It seemed she was new & didn't know the menu well. I couldn't understand 80% of what she said. We ordered quasedilas for which they charge almost 9 dollar. It took ages to prepare. So this raised my expectations. Sadly the taste was bland and it looked like something I would make at home if I don't want to cook a proper meal. The only difference is I would never ever serve this to my guests. I won't even start about the fries... Anyway, I wouldn't expect a meal like this in a restaurant. On top of this there was a piece of a wood in the food. We told the waitress & they ignored. No apologies or whatsoever. Just a rude waitress who didn't know how to cope with the information in a professional way. I was disappointed I didn't go to Westbay diner across the street. Better food, better service for a much better price.

Best service in cayman. Food was wow so delicious. It’s small inside but patio seating is more spacious and nice view of the beach. Got the Alfredo pasta which comes with garlic bread, added shrimp. Lasagna is good also. They’re drinks are tasty. Especially the margaritas. My only negative is the chicken that kept coming onto the patio had some odd looking diseased legs.

Great day at the beach. Food was decent and service was very attentive. Drinks are a little expensive but it only takes one here! Great time.

REALLY good food, and reasonable prices too! We ate there based on a last minute discovery and decision, and had absolutely zero regrets. We left 100% satisfied! Great beer and the chef was very adept at cooking. You should go!

Good restaurant. Good and bad location. Great being able to belly up to the beach and snorkel. Fresh water shower and amenities here. No frills. Service was slow and inaccurate. Broken glass along the entryway. Homeless encampment next door. Decent experience, buyer beware.

Lovely spot and good food. Staff are very nice and “jahman” is a common expression here as most of the staff are lovely Jamaicans. And very trustworthy as I left my credit card by accident and it was safe and secure upon my return the next morning! Thank you!

Nice terrace by the sea (also has picnic benches on the beach for more informal) with great views. The lasagne was great, quite thin in height when I’m used to something a bit more layered, although it tasted good so not complaining. The Caymanian lobster was more like a Chinese sweet and sour dish, so that was a bit disappointing in comparison.

We are so happy we found this place. It was not run over with tourists. It was a 2 to 1 mix if locals to tourists. Had a good atmosphere. We had 2 people helping our table. The first was a young woman on her first week. She was pleasant, friendly and still developing confidence. The second woman was obviously and old hand at this and was quick, efficient and no nonsense. They were both happy to accommodate, answer questions and make sure our needs were seen to promptly. The food was wonderful. Wife thought hers a little salted, but I had the snapper with crusty mashed potatoes. Some of the best fish I have had in years. Great dish and will order again. All our sides were great. Parking might be a bit of a squeeze in the little lot. You might need to park off the street. The inside is quaint, full of atmosphere. We ate outside on the patio that sits on the beach. Great location. Perfect view, you can catch the sunset here. Wonderful place. I vote go here.

Great patio and food was good but paled in comparison to the meals we’ve had in the Cayman so far. Lots of bugs and they provided bug spray which was a really nice surprise.

Low key restaurant where you can try local cuisine: oxtail and beans

Excellent food, service, and views!! I ordered the potato crusted grouper and it was very unique and tasted amazing. If you love mashed potatoes then this is a dish worth trying. My partner got the blackened snapper and that was tasty as well. We also loved the conch fritters. Overall, everything about this place was great and all food was served fresh and hot. Would recommend!! Great views of the beach and waves. Photo is of conch fritters.

The food was excellent. Cheese ravioli with lobster was life changing. I would also highly recommend the coconut shrimp and conch fritters. It takes a little bit longer to get your food but that's pretty typical, so settle in and enjoy your meal.

Food was super good. Probably one of the best Chicken Fettuccine Alfredos I have ever had. The Hubby got lasagna which was also good. We are definitely going back to try the other items on the menu!

We just wrapped up a week staying across the street from Alfresco. The very first night we arrived our entire family was hangry and ready for a substantial meal without a long wait or a long drive. We literally wandered across the street and found this place and could not have been more happy. Over the week we ate here four times and every single time the food was absolutely fantastic, the service top-notch and ridiculously friendly (witty and personable), and the ambiance cannot be beat. The sunsets here are the best- a view for dinner that absolutely cannot be beat. Much of the menu has an Italian flair although they offer an Asian stir fry with vegetables, quesadillas as well as a hamburger meal. We pretty much ordered close to everything on the menu as a family of five throughout our various visits from pizza, fish & chips to seafood linguine. As an added side note, if you are into picking up beach glass the beach directly in front of this restaurant is perfect for that sort of thing. This is hands' down our favorite restaurant we tried on the island- absolutely worth the visit and I HIGHLY recommend. You will not be disappointed.

The food was incredible. We had the mixed grill, jerk seafood penne, fried snapper escoviche, coconut shrimp, and fried conch. We were not disappointed. The property isn’t the most beautiful but it sits right on the beach with a great view. The service was great and we all had a good time. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Cold drinks, reasonably priced meals and WiFi. I had crumbed conch and coconut prawns (shrimp), yum.

I thought the food was very tasty and the view over the water beautiful. My husband and I both had the fresh catch of the day - blackened grouper. The staff were really friendly. I would eat here again.

We went here in 2019 and we'll go there again! It's like you're on someone's big deck in their backyard overlooking the sea :-) The website it brings you to is very strange, this is the one that goes with the restaurant... https://alfrescobythesea.ky/

So happy that Al Fresco has found a new location. Tonight, whilst having dinner, so many former customers were turning up to show loyalty and order their favourite dishes. A true testament to the restaurant. Wishing all the staff the best of luck with this new and exciting venture.

Love this place. Really friendly, laid-back, great fresh fish catch, and on a beautiful, quiet stretch of 7 Mile Beach.

Very slow service. Tried this place twice and unfortunately will not be back because of how long it takes. The location is very nice, right on the beach. The food was good, just took over an hour to get to our table, both times 😏

Service with a smile and food was very fast to arrive. Wasn't blown away by the food itself but definitely not unhappy with it. Nice views over the beach which it sits just above. I didn't see any childrens highchairs but we didn't ask. The kids liked their food.

Fantastic food. Pizza, grouper, coconut shrimp, Greek salad, coach fritters!!! Good service. Amazing the size of the menu for the small place it is. Outdoor seating with great beach views.
