I've been a customer/client there for years and recently the service is reflected by the current management/supervisor. They offer no fair offers on gold/diamonds and they seem to think they are in charge of some kind of mafia with no respect for customers or their history of doing business there. I had high regard for the place but now they seem to think that treating people like drug addicts is somehow a businesses strategy.. UPDATE 2024: Things have drastically improved, I was very impressed with what seems to be their new business model and the customer service and the way they do business have both been a lot more customer friendly. Looking forward to it being a permanent change!

I have been a regular visitor to Cashwix KY for several years now, the services have always been good; however since Manager Boxill took over the staff have more polite and very professional in their interactions with customers.

I have always been very happy with cashwhiz the service has me leaving with a smile and most often a laugh or two especially the when Whitney is working she is always a joy keep up the great work

Cashwiz is a super kool business. Easy to deal with if you ever need some quick cash or to sell items that you no longer need (they accept a wide variety of valuables, check their store out!). Their staff is always pleasant to deal with as well, especially Ms. Whitney, always smiling and friendly!

Visited cashwiz recently and had exceptional customer service from Whitney Isaacs who is very pleasant and helpful. I'm more knowledgeable about all the items in the store thanks to her. She is the only person that I'll be going to for help. She clearly knows what she is doing. If your visiting cashwiz, ask for Whitney! GUARANTEED to be satisfied and will keep wanting to go back, even for the littlest deals.

I must speak highly of Kayla as everytime she greets me, she has amazing customer service assistance as well as is very informative about certain deals and items I can purchase. I must say that Cashwiz is by far a great place to find things which you may not see in a regular day. I’m a very common customer there, however it has turned into a favorite social spot for me.
