This is our experience. My husband and I purchased his wedding band ring at this store on August 24, 2021, that we saw on their website. The store clerk advise us they would contact us through email and WhatsApp within two weeks. They did not and, my husband decided to send them a message after seeking four weeks past. The ring was not ready. The day before our wedding day on October 21, 2021, we received a substitute to use on our wedding day until we received the wedding band ring. On our wedding day, we received his wedding band ring and, during our ceremony, the wedding band ring could not fit his finger, we had to rest it part-way on his finger. They had made an error on the ring size when we took it back to the company because the wedding band ring came as 7.5 instead of his size 8.5, which was on the order paper. We took it back to allow the company to sort it out; while fixing, broke a part of the design on the wedding band. Throughout all this, the service was terrible because they used excuses, did not apologize, and did not take ownership of their actions throughout the whole process. Diamond International gives very excellent and quality service that is where I purchased my wedding band ring.

I had the most amazing service from Sherill she was warm, friendly, welcoming and knew exactly what I wanted and helped me choose the right piece of jewellery. Such an amazing personality she has. Please stop by you will be blow away by the friendliest staff ever.

Conveniently located on the waterfront in George Town, I visited them several times as I was searching for the perfect engagement ring. I eventually chose to do business with them after I found the perfect ring design on their website. The staff and manager were very friendly and courteous to me as they helped me decide on diamond quality and size. They even resized the ring for me for free, after I had given them the wrong size. Two months later after purchase, I am still very satisfied with my purchase from them, and I would definitely recommend to anyone else living in Cayman, or just visiting, to purchase their fine jewelry from Diamond Marquise.

I visited this store this week and was attended by a Sales Rep name Alexis who was very courteous and very professional. He is a true salesman and offered me some excellent choices with the ranges of watches and jewelry. I am yet to decide and will visit the store again to definitely buy something. I would recommend everyone to visit this store as there are some good deals......make sure and ask for Alex as he is top class.

We stopped here during our cruise trip. The salesperson, Odalis, helped is with the purchase of a set of earrings, an anklet (that they made for is on the spot from a chain), and a Tanzanite bracelet. Odalis was super nice, but most of all, she gave us great prices from the beginning without much haggling required! I highly recommend a visit here.

This is the worst customer service ever, I order my wedding band ring which was supposed to be ready in two weeks, 3 month already pass and nobody knows anything or give you an answer, they said will investigate and get back to you nobody called, I have to go back and asked for a reimbursement, bcs the management in this place can do absolutely nothing. That is how locals and residents are treated in this place. Horrible horrible experience.

Denis was a huge help. My wife came in and had a vision and he made it a reality, and for an amazing price! So many jewelers on the island but you should come here first! They have an amazing selection and are extremely friendly and accommodating.

The salesperson here was overly pushy to the point of making us feel uncomfortable. We were looking at earrings and she kept saying she would need to redo the posts on them which made me very uncomfortable that such an adjustment would be done. Just didn’t seem right.

Everyone please be advised that whenever you go to this place apparently they have 80% off. They were asking 14 grand for a chain that I found in New York for 2300. This place is the definition of highway robbery. Most people who shop here don’t understand the Gold market, have a thorough understanding before shopping in this place

I must say I was very impressed by the quality of service I received when attending the Jewelry Store. The staff were all very warm and welcoming! I had 2 Custom made rings done for me. I waited aprox one month but the time was absolutely worth it. These ring are beautiful and I'm so happy I made Diamond Marquise my choice in getting these rings for me.
