before
starting
the
Lab,
I
was
gaining
a
lot
of
weight
due
to
eating
an
excessive
amount
of
comfort
food,
(cake,
donuts
and
chocolates),
and
let’s
not
forget
the
lack
of
exercise!
Two
weeks
before
joining,
I
started
walking
in
the
evenings,
and
making
nutritional
changes
to
fruits
and
vegetables.
I
saw
results
quickly,
as
my
clothes
were
falling
off
but
I
had
no
muscle
tone,
then
I
saw
an
ad
for
the
Lab
on
social
media
and
I
joined
immediately.
I
attended
the
gym
3
or
more
times
a
week,
mixing
cardio
with
light
weights
in
the
classes
and
I
started
to
notice
more
weight
loss,
muscle
gain,
and
an
overall
toner
body
in
the
short
period
of
time
that
I’ve
attended
the
gym.
I
love
all
the
classes
that
I
attend,
especially,
Andrea’s,
Muay
Thai
and
kickboxing
classes,
these
combat
sports
bring
out
the
best
in
me!
I
also
love
training
with
Andrea
because
she
loves
people
and
talking
to
them
all
day
long!
Thank

Andrea,
for
not
allowing
me
to
be
such
a
lone
wolf
and
encouraging
me
to
stick
with
my
nutritional
plan.
I
love
sparring
with
Stembie,
as
she
always
encourage
me
to
spar
hard,
and
we
have
lots
of
fun
doing
so!

same

every

and
assuring
me
that
it’s
okay
to
hit
you
hard!
I
love

The
other
classes
that
I
attend,
such
as,
Core
Fit,
Box
Fit,
Strength
and
Conditioning,
and
Perform
Better
are
great,
as
they
better
prepare
and
tone
my
body
for
the
strength
I’ll
need
for
my
combat
sports
and
daily
activities.
These
trainers
are
also
great,
and
they
all
work
together
as
a
unit
to
guarantee
us
the
best
results
possible,
and
for
making
it
an
enjoyable
experience.
