The location is great, albeit a short uphill walk away. The rooms were clean. I had a nice stay except on the last day. I checked out and left my luggage in the luggage storage room. The receptionist handed me the key and never mentioned I had to give it back. I have lived in many hostels where you can be given an individual key while you store your luggage, so if you have only one key and I need to return it, make it clear. Not just that, I came to the hostel twice to access the luggage room in front of the same receptionist and she didnt say a word. When I finally came to pick up the bag, I was shouted at as if it was all my fault. She didnt apologize to me at all for the confusion. That was unprofessional. The other receptionists were super nice and cordial. That was the only disappointing thing that will keep me from booking this place again.

Clean rooms and friendly people. Nice hammock on the cozy roof. No complaints. Be aware for coffee addicts there is no coffeemachine, you can buy a cup for 50 czk at the front desk. If you don't like walking, you should better get a hostel at the other side of the river.

Superb experience. Stayed here 5 days. 5 mins walk to the castle and the bridge, and 10-15 minutes walk to the Clock Tower. The interior is modern, the bed was comfortable in spacious room with large windows. The area is quiet at night so you can sleep. Clean and friendly staff. The hostel does sponsored some activities to get travelers together (but definitely not a party place). Highly recommended.

A cozy hostel with clean rooms and nice facilities, but there were bugs in my bed and I was stung on several parts of my body, a horrible experience on my holidays in September. I do not recommend their mixed bedrooms to solo female travelers, only if you have to and want to stay for not more than one night. Otherwise, you've got to bear with impolite men with literally zero manners and respect for women. The staff are just ok, nothing special or friendly about them. Only one female receptionist was extremely helpful and cheerful. The only thing I liked about this hostel was her warm fun loving personality. The hostel is on top of a hill which is hard to climb if you have luggage and if you're alone. I'm sure there must be better hostels in Prauge.

Glad I was only here for 1 night. Some positives of the Hostel - the location is super close to the castle so it's a stunning area with restaurants and cafes, the amenities are great, nice kitchen, and many toilets and showers that aren't connected to the dorms so no need to worry about taking too long. However, lots of hills and stairs because of being next to the castle, it's a very touristy area so once the sun went down I didn't see a single person on the street - also the only 'supermarkets' you'll find around are convenience stores. Most of all the cleaner was quite rude, she got annoyed when I needed to walk through somewhere she was mopping and whispered under her breath when I passed her. Also, well before the already early 10am checkout she came into the room and started stripping all the sheets, even moving the bunks to do so while there were still people sleeping on them. She got an English speaker to ask who else was leaving today and snapped her fingers and gestured me to leave when I said I was. Couldn't get out of there faster after that. Would recommend for a night or two to see the area but it's not a logistical area to stay in for longer.

This hostel is great if you want to stay away from the city centre noise. While it's not a social/party hostel, it's perfect if you just want to explore Prague and go to bed at a decent time without people waking you up. It's quite spacious pretty much in all areas and there are bathrooms all over the hostel which means you don't have to wait on queue. If you're lucky enough to find Sophie at the reception stop by and say hello! She is super cool and goes out of her way to help sort out any issues. One of those rare people that actually listens.

Such a beautiful hotel, been there this September. It's quite cheap, it has clean dormitories and bathrooms, and it's literally 3 minutes away from the Prague Castle. Can you ask for anything better? What a great location.

Good shower head. Fast and hot. Spacious rooms and great kitchen with everything you need. Gaby and Santiago was great! Helped me with travel advice and meet fellow travelers. They do a good job getting fellow travelers together! Only thing missing is an elevator. Hahaha jokes aside. Fantastic

Absolutely loved this hostel. So homey, so spacious and so clean. Would live here if I could. It's a small uphill walk but it's in the cutest location and so close to all the tramlines so it's very easy to get around. Would stay here anytime I come back to Prague!

Just stayed here for a week and a half and it was great! I booked a female only 4 person room which was never full. We each had plenty of space. The whole place was clean and luckily not too busy this time of year. Eva the receptionist was awesome super kind and friendly and knew my name. I would recommend!

Really nice hostel, very well located. It is at a 20 minute walk from most of the attractions in Prague. Clarissa and Gabi from the staff were really nice and welcoming, and they gave us some tips on which restaurants and bars to visit :D

This was a great hostel to spend time in Prague. Not too far a walk to the old town and the walk to the castle was only a few minutes. Clarissa and gabi helped us have a great night out which made our stay even better.

Overall our stay there was great! While we didn’t have very great roommates we met Gabriela and Clarissa, two volunteers, who really made the difference for us! They showed us around, helped us connect with other guests from the hostel and we had lots of fun:)) thx Gabi & Clarissa<3 The rest of the staff was nice too and the hostel is really central.

Hostel is located at a great place in the city. Floors, showers, and toilets were cleaned on a regular basis. (Every 2-3 days). The ladies at the reception were friendly and helpful.

It's a very nice and warm place to rest. Very affordable prices and near to nearest tram station. While going there be ready to walk up hill

I have had the pleasure of staying at Little Quarter Hostel several times and it has become my favourite hostel accommodation in Prague. The bedrooms are spacious, secure, and offer individual privacy with the help of curtains in the bunk beds. Additionally, the hostel has an underground bar with a great atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to hang out and meet other travellers. While the kitchen can be a little small for the hostel's capacity, it was never really an issue during my stays. Overall, I highly recommend Little Quarter Hostel for anyone looking for a comfortable and sociable stay in Prague.

Pros : plug and light by bed, big lockers, many locked doors so very secure, very close to trams which run 24/7 very often, lovely service, reception speeks English, massive showers/ bathrooms, complimentary towels, great location, good communal atmosphere and social spaces , good cooling system, beautiful interior Cons : bunk beds incredibly shaky and uncomfortable as unfixed, very steep hill, WiFi very unreliable and patchy, even outside spaces are non smoking ( fine for me but many other guests annoyed), only groceries nearby are tiny stores with extortionate prices BEWARE: the way the lockers mechanism works means that loxks with thin loops ( such as the TSA approved ones) do not work. many shops locally sell larger locks and someone in my room borrowed one from reception. personal I used two TSA locks and that worked Overall verry good value stay, highly recommend going to the reastrunt down the road called U Kocoura if you stay here

Great hostel! I had a great time staying here. The location is great as well, right in front of the Prague castle, and within walking distance from the old town and the Jewish quarter. The only small issue I had is that the kitchen is too small in my opinion, but that isn't a deal breaker for me. Overall I recommend staying here and I will come here in my next visit 😁

One of the best hostels I have ever been too that checks everything off the list. Great location with food nearby and easily accessible taking the tram. Kind receptionist. Can get currency exchange for no commission at the front desk. My friend came a day later and the receptionist offered her to be able to get a bed in the same room as I. Clean bathrooms and room. I felt comfortable walking around just in socks which is rare. Lockers beneath the bed are very spacious and can fit at least 3 full-size backpacks or a small suitcase. The only downside to the lockers beneath is that the lid is heavy and can easily fall on your fingers or slam. The curtains were very nice for privacy. Also, the outlets and lights were right next to the bed. Also, very good wifi.

Loved it, the staff were so nice and hospitable. They were glad to help you with anything at all, and if there was any problem they would fix it right away. The kitchen was always clean and good to use even though it was a little small if more than 3 were there at once. The showers were nice and the location was 10/10, such beautiful scenery. It's halfway up the hill, so be aware of it if you have a hard time with uphill walking.

I booked a 6 bed dorm and had a great stay! It was super spacious and the bathroom layout is one of the best I’ve experienced of all the hostels I’ve stayed at the last couple months (sinks are separate from the toilet/shower area so everyone can use them, and there are extra toilets/showers in the common spaces if yours is busy) The rooftop is very nice for relaxing/trip planning, and the staff was great! The only thing I’d mention is the hostel is a few minutes’ uphill hike from the nearest transit options, and this area is very hilly. Just FYI!

I will first write an objective review. At the end I will give you a good story about my trip and this hostel. The good - The mattresses on the beds are the best I have had in a hostel. Top quality - The property is beautiful and well maintained - The shared rooms are big and well distributed Not so good - Internet connection is unstable - The rooms overlooking the front of the building can be noisy if there are people outside in the street downstairs - The terrace closes at 10pm Neutral - The location. I read previous reviews about the hill and distance from the city. I did not find the hill too bad. Distance from the city is worth it if you like to stay in a pretty area. - I did not try their food. Only coffee and it was good The promised true story I’ve planned a last minute trip to Prague. I made a mistake when making the hostel booking. It meant I lost my reservation. I did not realize about my mistake; I became the most horrible customer you can imagine. The staff kept being polite over email. They went above and beyond to help me – even though I kept being unreasonable. I arrived late, tired and grumpy. I was met by Francesca and the manager. To my surprise, they were welcoming, warm and helpful. Yes, this is a great property to stay. The hostel is clean, comfortable, well located. The reason why I recommend it is because of their exceptional high standards of customer service.

I had the pleasure of staying here recently and let me say this is a top notch hostel ! It is located within a few steps of the Prague Castle, amazing local shops ( including a great medieval tavern nearby), The Charles Bridge, and a lot of other Prague attractions. The place is very clean ( beds, showers, Kitchen, laundry area) and the staff ( including the man who works the night to morning shift) showed what Czech hospitality could be. If I ever come back to Prague again I will be sure to stay here !

10 out of 10 would recommend this hostel! 2 weeks ago I visited Prague with my student association and we stayed in Hostel Little Quarter. We we're a big group but this was no problem for the staff here! - We had our meals on time and the food was always delicious. - They were flexibel regarding when the breakfast was going to be served for us. - They went out of their way to help us with problems that had nothing do to with them working there. They just did it out of kindness! - The rooms were very clean and we were even allowed to enter them early. - They made sure we could storage our luggage even after out stay here ended. - They have a lovely roofterras that's perfect for a big group or if you just wanna relax a bit. - Their english was great which made communication very easy. Thank you very much for the lovely stay!

Awesome hostel! 5/5 I’m staying here for 13 days, I extended my timing here because I love this hostel so much, so I didn’t want to change it, this is an awesome place! The view from the window is lovely, the location is amazing, pretty close to the beautiful cathedrals and sights around, the managers at the front desk are super friendly and always willing to help you. They have a cool terrace with hammock on the 3rd floor, the kitchen is very nice and the common room has a big TV with Netflix and stuff.

If I can give 10 stars I would! Lovely interior and very clean, common toilet cleaned everyday We had a twin room, it was spacious and the bed is super comfortable. There is a ceiling fan in the room which helps with the heat. Staff was helpful especially Eva! (definitely deserve a raise) If we ever return to Prague we’ll definitely book again!

Hostel does not provide free breakfast, despite saying it twice and providing photos of it. Hostel also refused to let me cancel, despite misleading about the breakfast.

My private room was very big and nice. Breakfast was very good for a hostel, especially the beans and sausage. The location is beautiful. Close to everything but not in the insanely tourist areas.

I had such a good time here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I received a very warm welcome by Ann who made me feel instantly at home. In my experience it’s a very social hostel with lots of organized activities you can join. I had the best time doing beer pong thanks to Gabi and Santiago. Would definitely recommend!

This hostel has wonderful location and big convenient rooms. Ladies at the reception desk are polite and friendly. The best thing about this hostel is their activities. Volunteer Santiago invents and offers different interesting activities every day and every evening and it’s so cool! I met a lot of nice people there and had fun, thanks to Santiago. I enjoyed my time there and I recommend this hostel

My stay there was great. The location and the staff were perfect. The rooms were also fine for a hostel and not noisy at all. I would give this place a 10/10. I also liked that they had volunteers like Santiago for organizing activities, games, show you around etc. He was great!
