We visited the wellness center thanks to the slevomat, where there was a good deal for 2 hours (hot tub + Finnish sauna) The lady at the reception explained and showed everything, the environment was clean and cozy, the sauna and hot tub were great, the air was clean and ventilated, so you didn't exhale hot air like in other wellness centers. The only thing I would complain about is that the door to the room could not be locked, but no one got into our apartment, so there was actually no problem. When leaving, we bought another voucher for a visit to the wellness center, at a reduced price and with refreshments. Everything was fine, I recommend :-)

Bought voucher where you can see sauna on picture, only to discover that it's not included in price. Air is musty and you can fell sweat smell. Water in whirlpool doesn't look clean and also smell bad, also you can see that it sloppy renovated. Would not recommend to anyone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Top private wellness (jacuzzi and sauna) in the center of Prague. Calm ambience with relaxing music and candles. There is option to order drinks to enjoy with the wellness. Very good on cleanliness. Nice and helpful service. Totally recommend as a pleasant retreat for a pair.

We got wellness for 2 hours as a gift and after 20 minutes we were gone. Don't be mad at me, but for 2,500 CZK I would like at least clean water. I do not recommend it in any case. The lady at the reception just opened the door for us and didn't even tell us anything about it, she didn't offer any kind of compensation. And what was on that bed, I don't think I even have to comment on that.
