This comment might save you some time and health. Stay away from this Medianna disappointment! Unprofessional staff both on the reception desk and med staff itself. Zero knowledge about how to properly run clinic and zero knowledge about how to treat patient as a human. If you have a complaint or fair criticism, they will find astonishing amount of excuses, after which they will refuse to provide you services without any reasons, not to mention expected apologies. Read clinic's replies on other complaints, just imagine being so errogant and hypocrite they themselves publicly ask you to find another doctor. So don't waste your time and, moreover, your health here! I prefer private clinics, but even without knowing Czech language, I found a much professional and much better help in the usual hospital and I recommend you to do the same thing, before Medianna will make you to go there anyway, instead of your planned appointment. Zero care, zero professionalism, and, probably, zero skills, it's your health, your life and your time, so make your choice wisely!

I arranged first appointment 2,5 weeks in advance. The day before I got reminder sms to confirm I will come, and replied "yes, I will come". I came for appointment, called the door bell and nobody opened it. There were open windows and the light, the phone number was advertised along with acceptance of new clients, but more calls to the door or the phone were unsuccessfull. I was very shocked with such "care" and attitude. As a last shot I wrote message via web and left the place. No reply. Have no idea how such place can exist.

Never have I ever gave 1 star feedback. There was couple of instances I was tempted but now I decided to share, as current situation does not meet expectations by far. This is far bellow standard of not only CZ, but any EU country! Doctor/s were good (Dr. Chupina was the only one ok) up until 2019, not sure what changed, and don't care honestly, have my health to take care of and unfortunately I don't see how current GP/s (as they are changing and not aligned) can follow up with this. Their current MO seems to be ''preventive checks'' where they don't actually check anything, just basic KO, with no comments on anything. Better go to Synlab and pay 999 CZK for preventive KO check, nurse can explain you results better than 2/3 of doctors rotating here. But they will happily call you multiple times and ask to come here. They can't even share with you your own printed KO results, you need to ask value by value if you have anything on borderline, forget about asking comment. If something is bad, what's next? They lack engagement and interest in their patients well being. They don't even do coordinative role, you must decide which specialist to go to by yourself. Are we really living in times where GP can't check your iron levels or protein in urine? Triglycerides? That MUST be part of any preventive package, check recommendations from CZ Healthcare, someone's life might depend on it. Even if you have history with above, doctor will decide to save budget on you, and you will need to do that checks privately. Don't argue with them as they can go quite low. -But they will happily copy results you made in private, without follow up. If you have any health issue, skip this GP, you can find better one for sure or go directly to Specialist and handle stuff there. Don't waste your time and insurance money. Na shledanou! EDIT: after receiving reply below, I must add that I do live quite healthy for my age, have good BMI and active life. I do agree, healthy lifestyle is more important than lab checks, so why did someone from your side persistently called to come and do ''checks'' if not to do checks? Aren't you the one living from them? :) BTW under the link you shared: ''examination of the concentration of fats (cholesterol and triacyclglycerols) in the blood.'' :D So why all values were not checked? Although I am patient at you, I would gladly pay extra to check triacyclglycerols and the rest, that I have under observation since 2018, as it's such a problem for you to use your budget. Albumin and blood in urine is part of basic test as well FYI, but was not performed. To my knowledge, you only checked basic-basic KO as no other result was shared with me! Hint, your (current) lvl of communication skill and attitude towards patients can be seen from your comments on feedbacks here as well. I wish you all the best in identifying points for your improvement, hence the reason for reviews. We all want to improve, right? Plenty of space for improvements! Cheers!

Has your nurse ever heard about hygiene? She didn't even bother to wash her hands before taking my blood test. That's outrageous!

Terrible communication with patients. They just want to charge you money as much as possible. Dr. Anna Chupina does not care about smoking in working place, very rude and arrogant.

I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Anna Chupina for the last 3 years, and I must say that my experience was great. Whenever I had questions or problems, she and her assistants replied super quickly (in most cases within a few hours). If I needed any detailed examinations, she always provided me with a referral to another specialist. And what I liked the most was their Emmy communications channel - you can simply create a ticket with your request, no phone calls are needed (finally!). I can definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Anna Chupina.
