Yahoo! Been here twice during a week trip in Prague! The beers are awesome as my friends like very much! It is also a wide and comfortable place for groups. The waiters are also nice and approachable 👍 The food is wonderful! I would recommend the chicken Schnitzel, Beef Cheese Burger, Pork Eye rib, and the home made super crispy Fries paired with 10° Beer! 🤩

updated October 2022: after reconstruction - coool and cosy place with great beer 🍻 - I think Cobolis is even better place then famous competitors - on Ládví and around number 1 choice = worth to visit 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 —— original review 5 years ago: From outside it looks a bit like low category, but beer is great and the Czech traditional food is also very good. So for thirsty and hungry man - recommended, especially in the summer outside seating is fine!

The service is very friendly and welcoming. Great food, and a bright, lively atmosphere, as well. Can't recommend it enough.

The selection of beer is changing once in a while. So my favourite dark is not in offer anymore. If you like everything smokey - try Kour Polotmave (semi-dark). Their standard 10° beer is always good quality too. Food selection somehow shrank nowadays and my favourite duck breast (which was delicious) is not there anymore, but there are plenty of other options from Czech classics and not only.

Everything was amazing. Just the service I feel it could have been faster, but it's just a small detail compared to the prices and the quality of the food. I recommend the goulash soup, it was amazing.

This is a fancy version of what once was an old classic Czech style pub from communist era. Now with a modern ambient, decent food and excelent home brew bears. It's worth stopping by if you are around Ladvi metro station, it also has big tables with many chairs, staff is very polite, quick and efficient.

Visited today for lunch with a friend. Waited 45 minutes for food from the daily menu while others who arrived after us were served and finished eating before ours arrived. There was no apology when the food finally did arrive. We both had pork. Unfortunately, mine was served bloody 🤢 I left most on the plate - the waitress collected it without comment or asking if anything was wrong (it was clear from the bleeding meat but still - again no apology and didn't hang around long enough for me to say anything). Neither of us will be back

They make some of the best beers you will find in and around Prague. Their lagers are up there with the big boys, and they are consistently not only nailing, but elevating the international ale styles. IPAs, saisons, British ales, sours, stouts... all fantastic. The service is always friendly and welcoming. Great food, and a bright, lively atmosphere, as well. Can't recommend it enough.

Great beers, cool atmosphere and great food. I recommend trying beers from their own brewery, especially the Cobolis Nevada Ale 11. The staff here is really helpful and willing to give advise on what to choose. The beef cheeseburger was probably one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Prices are adequate to the quality of food. Highly recommend!

Great restaurant, very good food, many local custom beers to try, amazing staff. But it's also a busy and noisy place in the evening. However, if you want a nice place to have fun, enjoy great beers and dine with friends, go for it!

Great beer, just outside the city centre, and still just next to a metro station. They have more than 10 beers to satisfy all types of costumers and they can even sell you a taste of each. I haven't tried the snacks this time. You can also buy the beer to drink home and share with friends. Lots of sitting spots inside and out. Just didn't like that the outside was close to a busy road, that the cars disturbed me somewhat (not a lot, not too loud, but it wasn't the best part of the experience).

If you are willing to go outside the tourist center, you will be welcomed by proper made nice beer for a real cheap. Nice!

Amazing food.servis was super great. Even with so many people at the pivovar, they could keep up the servis amazingly great. Had burgers and nice APAs beers. Really suggest everyone should visit if u are considering for a nice evening.

Clean toilets to some extent. Service fast, prices slightly higher than average. Usually it's full, as it's the best locality there offers. What disappointed me that they are unable to do minor changes in their servings of dishes like swap fries for salat or change some filling in burger etc... That kind of small changes which you basically pay for anyway. Other than that it's good. They allow dogs inside as well.

An excellent find with the added bonus of located directly above Ladvi metro station. The place was full of locals - always a good sign. The menu was comprehensive and surprisingly competitive in price to other restaurants in Prague. I had the roasted pork knuckle which was superb and managed to literally fill me up. The beer was marginally more pricey than other restaurants (and 0.4 L glasses instead of the usual 0.5 L) but the quality was excellent so with the food price taken into account was very value for what you got. Should have gone back again instead of going to Vojanjv Dvur a couple of days later. Will definitely visit Cobolis again.

solides tschechisches Essen, schnelle Bedienung, leckere Biere, zur vollen Punktzahl fehlt irgendwie der besondere Kick, ist halt so eine Art Grossgaststätte, nett der abgeschlossene Spezialitätenladen

Vorab - hier geht es nur um das Essen, die hausgebrauten Biere sind absolut top. 1. Essen: Beef Tatar für 315(!) CZK Wird ohne Eigelb und ohne Gewürze gebracht, dafür mit Perlzwiebeln und Tiefkühlschnittlauch als Deko. Die Zwiebeln sind bereits mit dem Hackfleisch vermischt, was absolut unüblich ist, normalerweise stellt sich der Gast seine Mischung selbst her. Es wird auch kein Pfeffer und Salz bereitgestellt, dafür ein Körbchen mit Sojasauce, Ketchup, Tabasco usw. - nichts davon gehört ins Tatar. Die Knoblauchzehen schmecken muffig, sie wurden vermutlich schon vor viel zu langer Zeit geschält (Knoblauch nimmt sowas übel). Definitiv das schlimmste Tatar, das ich jemals in CZ gesehen bzw. gegessen habe, und das für diesen stolzen Preis. 2. Essen - Cheeseburger für 295 CZK Wurde medium bestellt, kam well done. Ohne Bacon (ok, stand auch nicht auf der Karte). Geschmacklich leidet er natürlich am Durchbraten, nichts Besonderes. Schlimm sind die Pommes - völlig trocken, als ob sie im Backofen oder in der Heißluftfritteuse zubereitet wurden. Geht überhaupt nicht. Besteck und Servietten wurden abgeräumt, bevor das Essen beendet war - geht auch nicht. Fazit. Zum Bier trinken komme ich gerne wieder nach Ladvi, aber essen werde ich hier definitiv nicht mehr.

Great beer and food, prices reflect it 🙂 One particular waiter there was "very excited" to do his job - not very good at taking orders. I told him I'm still deciding what to pick and he just noted down the other's order (that was sitting with me) and took the menu, so I couldn't continue looking for what I would eat. That's reason of 4 stars. The other waiter was polite and it seemed she likes her job.

I waited ten minutes for a beer, the place was not even crowded. Beer (I tried 10 & 12) had an unpleasant bitterness. The locaton is not ideal because the outdoor tables are looking at local mall & subway exit.

Food is usually very good, beers as well but what makes this place worth coming back to is the service. I like that they remember what I usually order and that they encourage me to order in Czech (I’m not Czech but I’m learning) but they don’t have a problem with switch to English. Really nice place :)
