    Martin is a extremely professional trainer. He rapidly found many bad habits that I had when excercising, and he made sure to correct them (thank you for your patience!!). It could be more expensive than some gym-trainers. For that reason you should comit and practise at home too!! His experience rehabilitating people will ensure that you will be always safe during your training. Summarising, coming to his sessions were not about doing a 30 days challenge, but learning how to train properly for life. It was absolutely worthy.

    Coming from Los Angeles where personal training and fitness are huge, it was hard to find a quality personal trainer. Martin is an excellent personal trainer and speaks English well! He really corrects your form - which is very important. The workouts are fun and I have definitely become stronger since starting the sessions. Before I struggled with squats and deadlifts, now I am confident that I can do these exercises the right way! Would highly recommend!

    Martin has been my trainer for 3 years, and I've never been in better shape. He puts together interesting workouts, different each time, that work on different muscle groups while keeping me motivated. The boxing is good too, especially after a frustrating day at work. Hitting stuff is very relaxing. I strongly recommend him.

    I have known Martin for many years and my fitness level has improved dramatically since we started to work together. Apart from being an exceptional personal trainer, he is also great psychologist and motivator. So if you want to see results soon, he is the right person for you to achieve your fitness goals.

    You could not find a better personal trainer in Prague. My wife and I, visiting from California, spent four summer months in the city. We are “seniors” but regularly work out with a focus on mobility: not just strength, but also balance and agility. Martin created exercise plans unique to our age and stage as we met in his pleasant studio twice a week. Martin is personable, professional and makes exercise challenging but fun.

    Whether you are looking to get rid of some muscle and mobility issues , or you want to get back into shape, or you want to reach the next level of fitness, Martin is the personal trainer you are looking for. Martin’s expertise is deep and wide from physiotherapy to cross fit through gym and boxing. He is passionate about sport and fitness and always looking to explore new areas . Martin will be definitely able to prepare a training plan that fits your goals. I have been training with him since the beginning of the year upon recommendation of a friend and I am very satisfied with his coaching. His training plan helped me to reach my goals (12kg loss and run a 10k under 45min) in a bit less than 6 months. On top of being a good fitness coach, Martin is a very friendly and open minded individual which makes the training sessions enjoyable. As for his studio, it is centrally located, cosy and you’ll find there all the essential équipements needed. Still skeptical ? just go and check by yourself ;-)
