She could not have been nicer and offered to create a flavor that was not available tonight. Natalie rang me up and got my order quickly and accurately. She also was pleasant. They have fine tuned everything. Nice! I only wish them the best. Handled long car lines well, professionally fast. I only went there for custards twice, 5 days apart, both times they didn’t have cup caddies. No big deal. August 1. trays available. Thanks!

Standard Culver’s chain… chili cheese fries is their best kept secret!

Delicious, large meals and dessert treats. The staff was friendly and helpful. The environment is very clean and relaxed.

It is the only Culvers in the area that will refuse to blend strawberries into the kids meal free scoop of ice cream even after offering to pay for the upcharge. Only offer was to put strawberries in the cup but refused to blend them into the ice cream. Will not go back to this location again. Will go to the Glenview location or Buffalo Grove who have never had an issue mixing strawberries into ice cream for kids.

Best ever desserts! Frozen custard is way better than ice cream. However, the butter burger only deserves four stars.

Great Culver’s, clean, quick, friendly staff.

Came here a couple days ago and ordered $22 worth of food and the guy who took my Order wasn’t friendly at all. He didn’t say hi or thank you. The guy who took my order has Long Pink Nails and wears his hair in a pony tail.

I frequent this location quite often and the food and customer service is great. My only complaint is the custard. Culver’s is known for having the best custard. However, not so much at this location. The texture is very soupy. I remember Culver’s custard was kind of firm and fresh. Now it’s just not that good and I won’t be purchasing it anymore.

Clean store with great service. Staff has fun and prepared good food in a clean store. Culver’s consistently provides good food exactly how you expect. Concrete ice creams were good.

My favorite fast food option since they manage to do a great job of keeping customer service and food quality high in a time when most business cut their costs and quality and increase prices. Always love the butterburgers and the chili cheddar fries extra crispy are a new favorite.

Culver's is a better-than-average fast food joint with burgers in the smash style (squished on the griddle to give a crisper, flatter patty). This location is clean and has attentive servers. Very much in the same vein as Five Guys and Shake Shack, which is a nice break from the McD's and Burger King of yore.

I was so excited when I found out a Culver's was opening up even closer to us. The Culver's we use to go to frequently had problems correctly fulfilling our orders, so we stopped going there. This location has been much better. Like all Culver's, the food and frozen treats are excellent. This Culver's has some of the best service, even during peak hours. They have gotten almost every one of our orders correct; the one time they mixed something up, they fixed it and comped our whole meal. It's great that they always seem to have plenty of staff on site, throughout the day, including hands-on managers. Everyone is friendly, fast, and they do a great job keeping the place clean.

I did a quick drive-thru. My opinion Culver's is the best fast food place there is. I had shrimp and root beer float. Hit the spot.

This Culver's is up to Par with others I have been to all around. I was short a fry but they corrected it without hassle. Overall everyone enjoyed their food. Typical wait time.

They had ice cream which is always a treat. The area was clean and easy to access. They have a drive through that you can use if you are in a rush. The cashier was very nice and quite helpful.

Friendliest staff on the block! Always greeting and working hard to get orders out. However, the food is loosing taste. I ordered the cheese curds and they were literally fried salt bites. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money as they had to be trashed. The salad is too expensive for what you get. The tenders lack flavor and you will basically taste is salt and oil. No seasoning at all. Compared to previous years, Culver's taste is just lacking. This trip was definitely the last for us. I was here with two other friends and we all agreed. $15 for tasteless chicken meal and salt bites. Gross!

I love Culver's. I'm especially fond of the kids meal. As a pescatarian I wish that I could get the cod sandwich in a kid's meal. Except for the hamburger (I ask for no salt/seasoning on the sandwich and the fries) all the kids'offerings are way too salty
