Josh is one of a kind! I have been searching for someone who would be able to help me leave feeling like a new person. Josh is that person. He is professional and a miracle worker. I have had massages all over the country (it was my thing when my husband travelled) Josh is on par with 4* hotel (Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, St. Regis) spa talent. He can walk into anyone of these places and easily be one of the masseuses who have a fully booked schedule. I joined as a member and will keep coming as long as Josh is available! I must also say, there is no high-pressure sales pitch. I had to ask about becoming a member, there was no pitch or pressure to join, which I really appreciated. As far as the facility, everything seems very clean and well-kept. The front desk staff was warm an welcoming. Overall a fantastic experience.

I had the best facial with Abigail! She was very knowledgeable, kind, and had great healing hands! It's the most relaxed I've been in weeks! The facility was spotless and smelled amazing! I can't wait to go back for more services! Thank you!!

STARTING from the 2 ladies at the front desk it was a great experience. They were very welcoming and professional. Drew did a great job on my neck and shoulders a huge problem area for me. He was professional and always explained what he was doing and asked to be sure the pressure applied was ok. Looking forward to my next visit

The staff were very kind and helpful when I arrived. They walked me through each detail, as I was a new customer. The massage was incredibly relaxing and the masseur was very responsive to my requests. I’ll definitely be going back!

I have had many massages over the years and this was by far the best one I've had in a long time. Everyone was so nice and professional. The therapist really listened to what I needed. I really like that there's a button under the table to contact the front desk at anytime if needed.

Recently went for a couples massage with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful experience! Service was great and the staff are very friendly.

I went for a facial in mid June as I received a new client flier in the mail. Overall I think they girl did good, nothing great but wasn’t terrible. I also paid extra for a scalp massage that I’m pretty sure lasted 2 minutes max, it was a complete waste of money. Again overall wasn’t terrible but I don’t plan on going back.

I have been a customer of Hand and Stone for years, both here and in Virginia. They have wonderful customer service and investing in myself is absolutely worth it to me, I recommend to everyone (especially to other podiatry students around me who could use some relaxation).

Recently visited Hand & Stone Spa for a Swedish massage. The facility was clean and reception staff welcoming. Michelle, the massage therapist, was amazing. She is skilled, professional and has a calm presence. She focused on the most tense areas of my neck and back and relieved all the knots and tension. I felt like a new person after. Thank you for a great experience and I will definitely book again with her.

Amanda was a lovely person and gave a wonderful facial. I left more relaxed and my skin looked and felt so much better. I have lots of wrinkles and dry skin and it was fun to look smoother and "dewy" for the rest of the day. She even wrote down the name of a product for a special scaly place on my forehead. It is not a skin care product so much as a first aid product which has helped. I knew I needed something other than a skin care product. I will book with Amanda again.

Had a great experience. Got a deep tissue massage from John. He did a wonderful job working through upper back and neck tightness. I feel tons better and will definitely come back again soon.

Hand and Stone Northbrook location is the best by far. I could not ask for better assistance from Jamie the spa manager. She was very kind and made me feel welcomed. Even thought this location is a 50 minute drive from me it’s worth it!

I want to start out by saying that I’ve had fabulous services — great massages and facials. Had some unpleasant encounters with the women at the front desk, but the manager called and was super sweet, apologized, and made it right.
