Wonderful experience! Walked right in and got helped right away. Very fresh ingredients and good portions. Delicious as well with lots of choices of toppings, sauces and ingredients. I get the Hula and love it. We come here at least once or twice a month!

Awful! I ordered a build your own bowl and the rice is warm (which you do not combine with raw fish.) I asked for sriracha on my bowl and I got a mayonnaise drizzled on top. I never specified little rice. Instead of remaking my order, she globbes warm white rice on the top of my bowl. It was a waste of my money and no flavor at all. The food is fresh, don't get me wrong, but the service could be improved and they need to ask more questions. I am very disappointed and shouldn't be.

We've been getting Poke Bros for awhile from this location and it's been tasty as ever, I love their Johnny Utah bowl. I had a gluten intolerance diagnosis last year, so this is one of the places that offers gluten-free options and labels which ingredients have gluten or not on their menu. They have a GF OG sauce, which I was really happy to discover. However, the last two times my mom has gone in to get me a gluten-free poke bowl, there's been frustrating issues with the service. The servers kept accidentally putting in masago, which is clearly labeled as a gluten-containing ingredient on their menu. My mom pointed this out but one of the servers tried to argue that it wasn't (what?!). And then, these newer servers have put the gluten OG sauce in the bowl instead of the Gluten-free OG sauce, which my mom again had to point out. We've had to have multiple bowls remade, food wasted, and the very last time, the server rolled her eyes when she had to make the poke bowl again after being negligent about the gluten allergy and arguing with my mom. This is awful service. No one should be made to feel a bother for their food restrictions, especially when it could put them in the hospital or give them awful stomach pain for days. I truly never make reviews on here and I don't like to be an inconvenience or a bother. I know how awful it can be to work in the food service industry, dealing with rude customers. But if you aren't abiding by food allergies, you could seriously injure someone. And especially with an awful attitude and no apology? Unbelievable. I really don't think I can trust this location again.

The food is really delicious and fresh. Crisp lettuce, fresh fish, the rice isn’t gooey or mushy at all. I love the OG sauce. Definitely going to make this place a regular thing. I’ve been on the lookout for a good poke place

3/4 of the bowl is rice and they give you a few pieces of protein. Everything else is an extra charge. $15 for a bowl of rice.

This place is delicious, clean, friendly, and super fast. Don't believe the negative reviews. The selection is awesome and the rice, fish, and veggies are fresh. I'm so glad a place like this has opened up in Palatine. It's like a chipotle but for poke bowls.

My girls' 2 bowls cost me $29 something total but it was for their birthdays so whatever! I went down to Jersey Mike's and got a warm mushroom sandwich and then we went back to Poke Bowl to eat cuz JM was way too cold!

If you want to pay more than $15 to buy a bowl of rice, go ahead. There almost no meat in my order, only rice and vegetables.

Huge poke bowls that are fresh and delicious. Perfect amount of seafood, toppings and rice. It was great that we can add as many diffrent sauces as we liked or get it on the side. The addition of dry toppings is a plus too. I couldn't finish the whole bowl and I'm estactic to have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Worth the price! I will be back to try other bowls

Ordered delivery and my poke bowl arrived with everything BUT THE SALMON which I had to PAY EXTRA for. How do you even miss the most important part?! (Messy pic because I was digging around looking for it to see if I was just missing it)
