Called
for
delivery
and
they
said
my
address
is
out
of
their
delivery
zone.
1.9
miles
away
and
it's
"outside
of
delivery
zone".
I
tell
them
that
it's
literally
3
minutes
away
and
person
taking
my
order
finally
decides
to
take
the
order.
25
minutes
later,
get
a
call
from
possibly
the
manager
and
he
tells
me
he's
going
to
have
to
cancel
the
order
because
it
is
outside
of
the
delivery
zone.
Tell
him
it's
literally
3
minutes
away.
He
says,
"sir,
I'm
looking
at
your
address
right
now
and
it
is
outside
of
your
delivery
zone.
I'm
cancelling
your
order."
What
kind
of
outdated
system
do
they
have?
Could
they
not
have
just
used
google
maps
to
think,
"oh,
this
guy
is
actually
pretty
close"?
Also,
why
did
it
take
25
minutes
to
receive
a
call
from
a
"freaky
fast"
restaurant?
I
called
the
next
nearest
location
and
the
guy
had
a
much
better
attitude
in
Buffalo
Grove.
He
gave
me
the
tip
to
order
online
and
they
will
have
to
deliver
anyways.
Tried
it
out
and
bam,
sends
me
to
the
first
address
I
tried
with
the
people
that
said
I
was
outside
of
their
delivery
zone.
Fingers
crossed
that
it
gets
delivered.
Maybe
I'll
have
to
wait
30
minutes
for
another
cancellation
call.
Garbage
service
at
this
location.

Contacted
manager
from
his
response
below
and
he
did
provide
good
service
and
apologized.
Delivery
was
fast
for
the
order.
Will
continue
to
order
and
see
if
it
was
a
one
time
thing.
