DO NOT move into building 1235 unless you want to be too close for comfort to the inappropriately unprofessional property manager. Angela Herman has been inexplicably rude, insulting, and threatening during my time here. She will leverage her position as property manager to make you very uncomfortable if she wishes to. She even has her own review on here commending herself as a manager but I think she didn't realize her name is attached to the review, lol. The other office staff members and maintenance were pleasant to deal with and understanding in this manner. The apartments themselves are fine but are in no way worth the stress and dismay caused to my spouse and I by Angela. They are especially not worth the recent price increase and I would suggest looking at units that are more appropriately priced.

I lived in one of their loft style units for 3 years. I was pregnant when I moved in so this was my daughter's first home. It was so peaceful. I loved it so much, and the only reason I moved is because I needed more space, but could not afford their 2 bedroom apartments. Considering the experience I've had since I left in August, I regret leaving. The place was clean inside and out. Calm. I never heard my neighbors. Office was always super nice to my daughter and me. Laundry is on the same floor so really not a huge inconvenience. The scenery and walking paths are beautiful. The pool and grilling area is nice. It actually looks like the pictures on the website. I don't really agree with the negative reviews about Angela and the office. For the three years I lived there, everyone was extremely kind, and I loved Angela. She took care of business and made sure that our community was an enjoyable one. They also do nice stuff like community events, paint n sip, resident appreciation pool parties. It's really nice. The biggest con is the pricing. It seems overpriced, but if you can afford it, I'd pick this place over many others, especially in Palatine. I will say, in the Loft unit the living room area was a bit chili in the winter because of how the vents were setup, but nothing too crazy. You may have to follow up on a maintenance request here or there, but I was never outright ignored. I loved it here so much, I'm very seriously considering moving back.

I have lived in this apartment complex for two years and have had very few negative occurrences. The complex is quiet and seems to be pretty sound proof. The landscape with its rivers and ponds are beautiful. They bring a lot of wildlife including turtles, ducks, geese, blue herons, and egrets. Our apartment is updated with tall cabinets and stainless steel appliances, a large living room and bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are small, but designed well overall. My favorite part of the apartment is the balcony. I'm able to have a garden and a place of my own to relax outside. However, the number one reason my husband and I moved here was because Williams Reserve is dog and pet friendly. When we were looking for apartments, it was extremely difficult to find one that would allow our puppy, let alone a dog that grew up to be 60 pounds. After COVID, our rent was raised $200/month in the new leasing year which initially shocked us, but now it seems like it is expensive to rent anywhere. The only other complaint is that parking is sometimes difficult. We have had to park in three different lots over our stay here depending on the amount of vehicles around the complexes that day, but we have never been without a spot more than 500 feet from our complex. Otherwise, I would highly recommend Williams Reserve. Management is extremely kind and professional. The office is open every day of the week and someone has been there to help me almost immediately 90% of the time. My husband and I have lived in four different apartments in the last six years, and I can confidently say that Williams Reserve is by far the best one we have lived in.

My Partner and I lived here for 4 years with our Husky (one of the few places who accept huskies) and it was a great experience. Staff is always attentive and quick to respond to any maintenance issues we had. We had a 3 bedroom and I'd say it was a fair price for what you were getting, compared to other apartments I've seen. Kitchen is small; but the 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and living room was a good size (we even were able to fit a dining table that fit 5 people); unfortunately no in unit Laundry but it is in the same building, you just have to reload the card at the leasing office. We are sad to be leaving, but it was a overall wonderful apartment complex.

People in the leasing office are pleasant most of the time and the maintenance workers are always super nice. The property manager Angela, is less friendly than others. Unfortunately parking is not great, if you are getting to your home late you will probably have to park far away from where you live. Maintenance does not always follow up when a request is placed, it would be great if they gave a time frame on when they would help with the issue. Above all, the rent price increases are insane! Over $100 for a lease renewal and I know all about the market increase nonsense but if you have been a tenant for some time that is absurd. The place was nice but definitely not worth the price at the end.

I lived at Williams Reserve for 2 amazing years - I was sad when I had to move for family circumstances. You can have a nice unit anywhere, but management can really make or break the experience. Andrew and the rest of the office staff are so friendly, personable, and eager to help. There are hundreds of residents, but they always remembered my name and apartment number when I came to pick up packages and what not. The staff really made me feel seen and welcome. The maintenance staff was always so speedy to respond. Any emergency maintenance requests were taken care of quickly, and even the general/not urgent things were addressed in the same day. At one point the boiler in my unit had to be replaced, and the maintenance team were super helpful and communicated everything very clearly. The unit itself was great - renovated and just the right size for me. I loved the loft style set up, the private entrance to the unit, and the convenient shared laundry room next door. Plenty of parking lot spaces, regardless of what time at night or day or the week.

These apartments are amazing, reasonably priced, and modern. Angela and Andrew have been amazing these past 2 years, and we know Andrew will maintain the same standards Angela did as manager. The pet policy is very relaxed to allow big dog owners. All units have central air and heating, and there are loft style one bedrooms available. The two bedrooms are above average sized and the patios/balconies are good sized too. Never had any issues and sad to be leaving! We will miss you all!

The move-in process was very smooth and the apartments are beautiful. Nahalia in the front office is extremely kind, informative, and helpful to first-time renters like us. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move soon or at any time in the future.
