I asked for a trim and I got one...on one half of my head! I wasn't even that upset about the cut, it's a 5 minute fix. But when I asked to come in and fix it, I got a nasty attitude and told they were COMPLETELY BOOOOKED and I'd have to wait 2 days to fix this mess! I was sitting in their parking lot when I called, there was 1 customer walking into an empty salon. I get nobody wants to fix this for free but at least smile while you're lying to your customer, especially when the establishment you represent is at fault. There's a reason women don't go to Supercuts...lesson learned!!

Very bad experience with one of their hair dresser. I had such long and beautiful hair and I was getting hair cut after a year but the hair dresser chopped about 2/3 of my hair and that they look like horse tail now. They did not even blow dry my hair after the cut , another smart move so that I couldn’t tell if the cut was good or bad. They had zero styling technique, the cut looks so bad with ends unfinished, unsymmetrical. I feel I gave them 22 bucks to actually ruin my beautiful hair.

I did not had an appointment when i visited and luckily there were only couple of people. STEPHANIE did my hair cut and beard service, she has lot of experience, very patient and did an excellent job. Highly recommend her. I am bad with these clipper numbers but she patiently went down size-by-size.

After reading a lot of good reviews about this place, I decided make an appointment for haircut. I was lucky to meet Tina ( I saw her name in many good reviews) and sit in her chair that same evening. Well, I’ll add one more good review about her. Tina is very friendly, polite and nice. Heard what the client needs. She did perfect haircut on my curly hair! I’ll definitely come back again. Thank you so much Tina!

Stephanie is my go-to stylist, always gets my requested cut perfectly, and is always tuned in! In all fairness, all of the other stylists are just as good and the staff has never disappointed me with any Supercuts yet!
