I am pretty disappointed by my experience here. I visited the office for a consultation about chronic allergies. We found some swelling in the nasal passages, but otherwise no clear reason why. I was prescribed 5 different medications to see if any of them would help (they didn’t). I was told to schedule an allergy test, which I attempted to do twice (leaving a voicemail each time) but was never called back. I was also told the doctor would call back after a week to see how the medications were working, and that also never happened. Then, I received a bill for over $500 (after insurance) mainly for the 10 second endoscopy he performed — which was on top of the cost of the 5 medications he prescribed. It’s very frustrating to be billed exorbitantly for a visit that was completely unhelpful and unproductive to me.

Consistently the worst doctor's office I've ever been to. Please do not go here. They are disorganized, incapable, and they somehow have the audacity to overcharge for their services. My friend gave me a referral here but since my visits here they have stopped referring others. Every department here, including the front desk, is awful. I initially came here for a sleep consultation. First they scheduled me with a sleep specialist. A few weeks after I scheduled it, they called me back and said the appointment wasn't scheduled correctly, and I had to see one of their ENTs before seeing the sleep specialist. This took extra time and money and was unnecessary, as they did not identify any issues. The ENT said I could try some basic sleep medicine and that he could prescribe it. I went to the front desk, but when they rang me up, there was no prescription. I told them what the ENT said, and they responded, "He can't prescribe that." I asked her to go double check, and she refused. Frizzy haired middle age woman, very rude. Eventually they checked with the doctor and he actually couldn't prescribe it. Not sure why he suggested something he couldn't provide. Finally, weeks later, I had a virtual visit with "sleep specialist" Dr. Sethi. She was late, very disorganized, her advice was generic, and her children were loud and running around her house during our appointment, so she got distracted a few times. This caused our 30 minute consultation to take 1 hour because she had to stop several times. I tried to be patient with her, so it was quite a shock to see a bill for 1 hour, which cost $300+ after insurance, when we only spoke for 20-30 minutes because of issues on her side. I had to call the billing department 3 separate times to discuss this, and only after multiple phone calls and repeat discussions, they finally reduced the "1 hour" consultation down to "45 minutes". Not great. Audiology Department The people in audiology were much better than the other departments. They were on time and very helpful. I came to get some custom earplugs for sleeping ($150 each). I did a fitting and they sent it off, but the Wisconsin manufacturer they used was poor quality. The earplugs came back not fitting correctly, falling out with any slight head movement. It took the manufacturer 4 tries to make them correctly. I had to come back to this office 4 different times just to get earplugs. The audiologist was very sorry for this, and she even wrote the manufacturer a note each time explaining the reoccurring problem. Eventually, they got it right. But it was unnecessarily complicated. I do not recommend Drs. Girgis and associates. Please do not go here.

We with Dr. Shilpa Viswanath ( Dr “V”) for the first time regarding my mother’s sleep study/ongoing issues. She was so informative, prepared with all of her previous records, professional and kind. I finally have hope as she offered practical solutions tailored specifically for my mom. Thank you, Dr. V!

Love Dr. Girgis and the entire team; everyone is so kind and professional. I came to see him because of my deviated septum and was super nervous about having surgery, but after meeting him I knew I was in good hands. Now, almost a month later, I’m healing up wonderfully and couldn’t be happier with the end result! :)

Im 6 weeks post op from getting a deviated septum fixed as well as having all of my sinuses but 1 opened. I broke my nose several times as a kid. Suffered from sinus headaches, infections, snoring, mouth breathing, etc etc. The change post op has been great. Breathing out of your nose is truly life changing. Dr Girgis and his whole crew were amazing from start to finish. He even called me on a Sunday afternoon to check on me post op. Everyone I had contact with was knowledgeable, professional, and nice. The whole process was smooth. These guys/gals go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I had an outpatient procedure done by Dr. Girgis. I can tell you I definitely wasn’t looking forward to it but it needed to get done. From the day of the procedure to the follow up appointments, he and his staff couldn’t be any more knowledgeable, pleasant and always concerned about me than they have been. If you need to find a facility to have someone assist with ear, nose or throat issues look no further than Dr. Girgis and his office. I am telling you they really are the best!

I can't express how wonderful everyone is there. I had deviated septum surgery done September of 2022. I was full of anxiety about the surgery, everyone there made it so much easier. Going from having a 85% blocked breathing, to truly being able to take a deep breath, is amazing. Dr Girgis and his team really changed my life, I can't thank him enough, a truly great team.

Dr. Girgis is efficient, patient and understanding during my patient visits. He thoughtfully listens to my questions and concerns. I trust him due to his clear expertise and his manner. He performed what I perceive as a modern healthcare miracle recently when, from my patient room, he pulled out his cell and called a GI doctor to add a procedure to something I had scheduled with that GI doctor for THE NEXT DAY. It is terrific to feel so well-cared for by a physician.
