I do pick up here all the time. I only have to wait a few minutes which is pretty impressive. Target as a whole is my preferred choice over WallyWorld. Recently when you go in store late at night after 8PM it seems there are very few employees to help. When I was there last, there were no cashiers and only self checkout and I was 18th in line and it took forever. It would be better to have one cashier on at all times

If you want to get your drive-up items in a timely manner, go to another Target. I have had to wait more than 15 minutes to get my items no matter how big the order is and how many other cars there are. I don’t know what their issue is since I haven’t had to wait any longer than five minutes at other Targets.

This is the third time I have walked into this store and found expired food products on the selves. My daughter has severe allergies and can only eat vegan mac and cheese, and all of the boxes were expired. They do not remove expired food from their shelves... Management does not care. Will be reporting this.

The store is not that bad, but their restrooms are terrible! They smell like someone poop in the whole restroom and nobody clean it up, I'm not gonna say much about it but I got some pictures of the sink. I don't remember why but we say we dine wanna do anymore to that store unless we really have to get something there.

Target is sad. They say they price match with Walmart. Walmart website does not show all stock of every store. The Walmart website also sources third party vendors with high resale prices. Target falsely tries to price match using the Walmart website and even with customer proof they do not stand by there price match statement.

Should be no stars. Do NOT buy electronics from the Palatine, Il target store. I was sold fraudulent merchandise (an $400 fake Apple Watch) and Target will do nothing about it. Sent me to a third party to try for resolution. I HIGHLY caution you to avoid my mistake. DO NOT buy anything expensive at this store!

Great merchandise. Customer service not a priority. No cashier. Only self check out and only 4 registers.

Store is always spotless. Smells great when you walk in. Workers are friendly. Much better than the rat infested Walmart with rude employees down the road. Totally different experience.
