We went to amc last Wednesday, July 19th. There was a friendly staff at the ticket office to book tickets. I was able to sprinkle as much butter as I wanted on the popcorn, and I drank the drink freely by touching a machine that I couldn't see in Korea. The screen in the movie theater was good because it was big, but the chair was so upright that there was a little inconvenience of watching a movie. But the sound was so great that it was really good! I think it was an optimized movie theater to watch Mission Impossible.

Good theater. They have nice disabled seating for my wheelchair. Plenty of room for me to get around. My only problem is that the cleaning crew tends to open the theater doors halfway through a movie. This means that you can hear other movies when your movie is quiet.

Went to go see a movie tonight with friends! Luis was very amicable and helped make our movie experience excellent. He is definitely an integral part of this AMC and displays his companies ideals well. There’s only a few amc theaters that we will go to and this one never disappoints!

Pricey. But that's movie theaters. Pretzels are fine. Decent drink options on the coke machine. Some unique candy options but I don't think people are buying it there. Spider verse showing had some sound issues.

I just wanted to report the outstanding service I received. at AMC theater Saturday night August 12th. It was the first time in years I went to the movies—so of course I dropped my large drink, & the young woman and young man, working the concession stand, cheerfully and graciously, cleaned it up The lady at front desk-I believe her name is Char-kindly spent several minutes helping me pick out a movie-when I should have been better organized. . I was so impressed by the staff at Randhurst AMC. I hope their manager reads this!

The staff is friendly!! That said, the theater is not worth the price of admission. The seats aren’t nearly as nice as AMC South Barrington. They pre-portioned the popcorn and put the bags under a heat lamp. This is weird and gross to me. The soda machines were not working right, everything tasted off, like half syrup.

Had been a long time since I went to the movies, I went with my wife - daughter and son in law - we saw My fat Greek weeding - last time we were there I found the theater kind of messy - this time everything was clean and organized and I can say we had a great experience, I recommend this theater if you want to go to the movies and live close by or don't care about driving far

Not the best seats. Avoid theater 7, it flickers, has for years and mgt won't fix it.
