This was our first visit to this particular franchise location. We went after a family event for a relaxing lunch and it was a really nice experience! We were immediately greeted in a friendly manner and were helped and served quickly. The layout of the restaurant is nice and has an outdoor area for dining, unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate today. The food was very good as it always is, it was cooked exactly as ordered and was made in a short amount of time. My only real complaint was the lack of available chopsticks which we were told are currently out of stock and on backorder. The lighting and seating area overall is quite nice. We will return to this location. I recommend it!

This location of Noodles and Company has nice staff, fast service, and is kept clean. Overall a nice experience, the only downside is portion size is a little on the small side.

The general manager Hugo was super nice and friendly! Highly recommend this location.

The employee who took our order was rude. When I asked her to be a little nicer she said that I didn’t ask her how she was doing. In my opinion, she was the one who should have asked us. Either way, the whole situation took place over me asking if a cookie counted as part of the meal. She went and listed all other options which is not what I asked for. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

I was very skeptical about this place at first, but as soon as I walked in Yana meet me with a great smile. Such a great personality😍. Food was delicious! Spot on!

This was the worst experience I could have ever had at a restaurant. Elizabeth was as rude and unhelpful as a worker can get. I drove around for a total of 25 minutes looking for parking because Elizabeth hung up on me when I called for help. She also refused to hand me my order when I stopped right in front of the store because she claimed to be too busy. I was tired of driving around FOR NEARLY 30 MINUTES looking for the parking area. I paid for my order over the phone so I did not want to leave it either. Finally after I found space and got to the restaurant, Elizabeth was leaning over the counter scrolling through her phone and giggling. Of course my order had no fork or spoon and was made wrong and completely cold! I just gave up and still ate it because I was not going back to this terrible place.

Absolutely terrible. Friend had Mac and cheese here and chipped his tooth on some small rocks in it. Came in again and asked for the meal deal, which adds a side and a drink to your pasta dish for $3.85. Girl at the counter didn’t want to give me my drink, saying it costs extra. Had to talk to a manager just to get a drink which I ordered.

Noodles and Company is consistently good food. It's prepared fresh while you wait. Never had one I didn't like. Last time we went there they got one of our orders wrong but it was eaten anyway. Too much work to send it back. Bathroom was nasty.

I ordered take out. Food was ready when I arrived. Food was excellent! Very friendly staff!

We were in line for 25 mins and they refused to take our orders and then it took them 25 mins to serve us a Mac and cheese

Ordered the Penne Rosa with Tofu and the Tofu was like leather. This happened on my last order as well. I figured I would try ordering the Tofu again and see if it was a one-off, but it is definitely not. IF i order again Tofu will NOT be part of my order.

Very dry pasta. We ordered pesto cavatappi with extra sauce as well they charged for it and just gave a spoon of extra sauce. And pasta was very dry. Absolutely no seasoning. Very small portions. Wouldn't recommend! This is our third experience.

The food was good. I have ordered 3 dishes and number one was pad thai. Number two penne rosa with parmesan cheese and the last but not least was mac & cheese. Service was fast and I was waiting around 7-8 minutes for my to go order.

Do not order if gluten free. Tried to order gluten free noodles and my order contained random regular noodles mixed in. This did not happen not only once but twice. Very disappointing.

They cook the noodles 👌perfectly👌 and not too soft or soggy with sauce. I wish there was one closer to where I live. The girl that works there with the colored hair is cool too 😎✌️

These people are brilliant. $5 for a cup of mac and cheese, and people line up to pay for it. I will say the staff is really nice.

Fast friendly service, a good atmosphere. But terrible parking. But that is not the restaurants fault. Still 5 stars for the food.

Internet is one of the essential service that customers include in the meal costs and tip, its worst here. can't even load a webpage properly, it takes few mins to load any. Coming to food, thats not as expected, overcooked and less flavors. Glad they improve both of them. If you need internet for any purposes during your lunch time, this is definetly not the place you need to choose!!!

Great staff that helped wrangle an order for a large group and took care of everything from setting up seating to ensuring everyone got exactly what they wanted. Can't go wrong for kids of any age
