Fancy and delicious Italian restaurant. Staffs are kind. Portion is big enough.

We decided to try this place again after a terrible experience a couple years ago. Back then the service was terrible and the food was very salty. So about tonight. We arrived and sat at our table for probably 10 to 15 minutes before our server came to the table. We ordered drinks and waited 15 minutes before they arrived and the ice was almost completely melted meaning they sat on the bar waiting to be brought to our table way too long. To make matters worse you could barely understand the server because of his poor English skills. Then the background music was so loud you could barely carry on a conversation without yelling. After almost an hour the server came to take our order. We then waited over an hour for the food to arrive and the server kept saying it was coming. When it came a few people at our table got their food and the rest of us waited at least 10 more minutes for ours to arrive. Mine came out wrong and I had to send it back. It was very hot today; almost 100 and the temperature in the small room we were in was very warm, almost hot even though there was a thermostat in the small room which should have been turned down. Others in our party ordered drinks and had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes for their drinks to be delivered to the table. Bottom line. We were in this restaurant for three hours. Most had no salad or soup and just an entree and no desserts. It should not take that long to have a dinner. It also looked like a manager or maybe even the owner was present and did nothing to move the service along. We will never go to this restaurant again and will let people we know about the experience we had. It was, in a word, disgusting.

Mediocre Italian food, nothing worth even writing or visiting. The food taste and preparation was subpar if your someone who truly loves classic Italian prepared properly, The potion sizes vs the prices is also not worth your value. The wine list and choices were nothing special and The dinning area is way to dim to be enjoyable for friends and family gathering.

Three of us had lunch at Agio today and we’ll be going back! The food from the appetizers to desserts was delicious and my chicken parmigiana entree was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff was attentive, efficient, and kind. And the prices were extremely reasonable (believe me we’ve paid more for less). I highly recommend Agio!

WE ARE REGULARS FOR A REASON! My husband and I have been coming to Agio for many years. When family comes in from out of town we bring them here for consistently great food and professional service. When it is just the two of us, we opt for the convivial atmosphere of the beautiful bar. Bartender Patrick has a gift for making all customers, new and old, feel welcome. We also like talking with other staff members, particularly Leo, Lisa and others. Everything we order is good, but the daily fish specials are superb!

What an amazing family owned Italian restaurant. The wife and I have been trying to go here for many years but we're never able to for one reason or another. The food was perfect and can't wait to go back. Be sure to save room for dessert and be sure to get the Monster Carrot Cake.... honestly the best I've ever had.

This was a wonderful place for lunch. Food is so authentic. And I had the special. It was so good. Loved the Christmas decor

We had excellent food and service. The portions are large and three of us brought home enough leftovers for two more meals. The noise level is a bit high for my taste but I think all restaurants are like that now.

Amazing dining experience at Agio Italian Bistro. Perfect atmosphere (including the soft tunes of Sam Cooke, Al Green, and more as background music), excellent wait staff, and delicious food cooked to perfection. It was hard to choose with so many tempting menu options, but the Lobster Angelica did not disappoint.

Yummmm, Authentic Italian! It'll be so hard not to fill up with their fresh bread. But make sure to save room for dessert - the Crème brûlée was to die for!

Chrisy is amazing!! Her customer service is the epitome of everything you would ever want from a restaurant. She is the reason I continue to come back - yes the food is amazing too. So great to have a place that feels like a local cheers.

Service was awful. Went in around 2:30pm this past Friday. Place maybe had 5 tables occupied. Four of us sat at the bar. Watched an employee folding napkins and just completely ignoring us while he talked to an older lady also sitting at the bar. Must admit, we all enjoyed our meals but the service was so poor, we'll never come back.

Our favorite Italian restaurant when we want to stay close to home. We've been here a hand full of times since moving around the area and its always been a great experience. All the staff is always so nice and food comes out pretty quick. Noise lever is perfect for a date night or even when out with friends. Highly recommend.

wife and I decided to have early dinner on Friday. Got there before 4:30. Waiter asked if we had reservations. We said no. Didn't think we needed this early. Restaurant was at least 85% empty. He said he would try to find us a table. Told my wife if they don't want our business we'd go somewhere else. he stated no that he'd find us one. We were seated, ordered appetizers, main dishes and desert. Server was very pleasant. Food was passable. Someone in our area ordered fish. We have been to many high end restaurants and this is the first time that the smell of fish lingered in the area until we left. About 20 minutes. we paid our bill, left our customary 20-25% tip and departed. We were there about 1and 1/2 hours. Upon leaving we noticed the restaurant was still 1/2 empty. Remember, first impressions are always lasting. This Gentlemen's first interaction didn't sit well with us. First and probably the last time to visit.

This was our first visit there. The restaurant is beautifully decorated so we were hoping the food would be as good. The salads were wonderful, but our entrees were slightly disappointing. My husband ordered the pasta with seafood. The flavor was very good, but the shrimp was overcooked and chewy. The portion size was small for the price. I ordered the chicken vesuvio. I found it way too salty for my taste and did not finish the meal. We ordered desserts also that were delicious and would highly recommend. Triple chocolate layer cake, and creme Brule. We noticed the dining room was filled to capacity, so we decided we would try this restaurant again.

We always have enjoyed going to Agio. Tonight was a blip on the radar...we were seated in the side room to the south. We were a table of two...and the other three tables were tables of 12, 6, and 5. So the one waitress for the 4 tables had her hands full. So long story short our table of 2 was somewhat neglected. I get it but the service was protracted. I finally told wifey that I would go up to the hostess stand and ask for our dinners that had not been delivered to our table yet to be packaged to go because our waitress was busy and was not available. The manager was understanding...but our waitress told me all the reasons why I should not have have questioned the lengthy delays. I didn't want to get into a discussion with her about our service which I thought was unlike service we had received on all of our many previous visits...just paid our bill and left a generous tip. My comment is that we will not let this unfortunate visit dissuade us from visiting again but will have to admit that I will not be rushing back there soon. The food is always very good there but it just wasn't a very pleasant experience.

Excellent food, great service and a charming ambiance. Be aware, however, that they sneak a Credit Card Convenience fee onto your check without telling you. It appears to be about 3.5 per cent. There is no place for this kind of practice in this day and age, especially in an upscale venue like Agio. To me that costs them one star.

This is a lovely sit down restaurant. A very elegant area with great staff. The food is delicious with healthy portion sizes. They have a unique drinks list. It is a little pricey, but for good reason. I highly recommend eating here.

I never knew this restaurant existed. Such a great find!!! Everything was delicious. Very nice presentation and our server was terrific. Definitely going back again soon. Sorry,I don't typically take pictures of my food but I'm sorry I didn't this time because I wasn't thinking about photos while we were eating. Next time I will remember!!!

Agio is one of our go-to restaurants. We are genuine foodies, and we prefer quality, innovation and healthy options over expensive mediocrity. Since the pandemic, we have been very careful about eating out and often prefer take-out. Agio has a terrific menu, great prices and excellent value overall. The weekend specials keep us coming back, and their signature carrot cake is a real treat. Fish specials are fresh and delicious. Risotto changes weekly and is always a good choice. My husband loves the roasted duck and almost always orders it. Take-out packaging is very careful and efficient, allowing proper re-heating and plating at home. Service is friendly, professional and first-rate. Couldn't ask for better.
