Love xray!!! the bartenders are super attentive, really sweet, and fun. drinks are totally affordable, and they have great specials! food is killer. the pizza bagels are to die for! and the bands are always sick. really good music every time we come here. not to mention they have a sick video game set up right at the bar with HUNDREDS of retro video games!!! we sat and played primal rage with strangers at the bar for hours. mario kart, super mario, mortal combat, and so many more titles that i never even knew existed and it was a freakin blast. the bar tenders were rooting us on and interacting with us while playing. they also have quarter operated arcade games too for endless fun! keep in mind, the require to see id, and vax status at the door on arrival so make sure to have those in hand! with everything good going for xray, we will be back often! we love it and hope they love us too!

Haven't been there in a few years, since it was the metal grill I believe. They have added an outdoor section that was nice for in-between bands. Saw Elder last night and they were fantastic and the sound was good. Used to app Dice to get the tickets and that worked out really nice, easy to use and safe. Would definitely go back again.

Turned away at the door because I refuse to be vaccinated. Otherwise cool place, but don’t bother going if not vaccinated. See owner commented below for why I added another star. Owner, I appreciate your response. I was invited the day of, and had no ability to get tested. Also the woman at the door made it sound like unless I was vaccinated, I couldn’t get in. It was loud so it’s possible she mentioned entry with negative test results. I personally won’t be returning unless your policy changes. It’s your business, but you should know this policy turns away business.

Formerly the Metal Grill, now the X-Ray Arcade. You can expect the same types of metal shows the Grill was known and loved for. They've also added 6 to 8 arcade games including The Simpsons beat-em up and the very fun Simpsons Bowling which has great character banter throughout. You can also unlock Grandpa Simpson if you know the trick.

First time here! Staff was amazing (very nice and friendly) and the venue itself is pretty neat. Highly recommend if you like live music and retro games 🤘🏼🖤

Food is phenomenal! Great environment. Honestly I don't know what else needs to be said. I'm vegan and they have amazing pizza bagels. I can only imagine how great the "normal" pizza bagels are.

My first time here. We went for a show. Fun vibe with great people working. Everyone was very friendly. I got cheese curds. They came out very fast. They were good. I have heard mixed reviews on the 'main course' food items. I'd definitely go back

Top tier hidden gem of cudahy. I've seen some of my favorite bands here that I never would have thought would be playing within walking distance from my house. Another great thing about this place is discovering new bands and in the past have tracked their progress to headlining their own major tours.

Came here tonight for Heart Attack Man and I loved everything about this venue! It was easy to find street parking, they have a nice patio area, the sound was great, and the bathroom was clean. Also loved that even though the show was sold out, it wasn’t super crowded. There was still plenty of space. I will definitely be returning here in the future!

Nothing but good things to say about this venue. Polite staff, great setup and layout, clean bathrooms, good food. The area is nice and feels safe and parking wasn’t hard to find at all. Whether you wanna get up close to the stage or sit at the bar and enjoy dinner during a show, both options are satisfactory and have a good view of the bands playing. I suggest the popular Pizza Bagels, but all the food i saw come out looked delicious. Will definitely be back in the future for more shows.

I went there and saw an awesome metal show. The atmosphere was great and the staff were fun and friendly!!! I would definitely recommend it for any punk or metal fans as a venue. The bar seems like it would still be a cool place to go without the music as well

Excellent venue for live music. There is a patio for some fresh air (or smoking if you prefer!) staff is top notch

Cool venue. The bar has a good selection of beers, it's well maintained/cleaned, and their PA system is better than most concert venues this size. Speaking of the size, it holds around 275 max, which is the perfect size. It's big enough for a crowd, but still intimate. Their outdoor patio is spacious and well lit. Best of all, the local noise ordinance means that all concerts are over by 11pm

Attended a movie night at X-ray, it was an amazing time. The audience was super into it! It was a packed house, too. Very friendly staff! Their upcoming concert schedule looks amazing too.

This place has a great atmosphere! The bartenders were friendly and fast. Saw Knowledge Fight hosted by Dan & Jordan and gad a blast! Would definitely recommend thus place!

Great vibe, chill welcoming to all ages, LGTBQIA+ comfortable space for Olds and youth's to both enjoy the BEST live music shows! Absolutely the best bookings in the Milwaukee area! I only wish it was more accessible with a car.

I came for the first time for Kepi Ghoulie's show and was impressed with their space. Awesome place to see a show along with some decent drink deals on show nights, and they've got a kitchen! And a modest collection of classic arcade cabinets! The acoustics were actually really good for the show and they were very involved with making sure everything sou did good while the bands were setting up. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more shows here!

X-Ray Arcade is one of my favorite venues to attend live music events at! Newly remodeled bar and patio. The bathrooms are a bit small but are always clean and well stocked. The patio is such a great space to utilize. The bartenders and staff are always friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere overall and I come back as often as I can!

Fun little concert venue. Friendly bar. I saw Josie Cotton perform here, and it was good. Great smoking area out back.

X-Ray Arcade is one of my absolute favorite venues. Great sound, great shows and a welcoming atmosphere. Bonus: shows start when they say they are going to start.

This place is awesome. A little nugget of gold hidden in a place that looks like a house. Very nice staff and love they are trying to keep the arts alive. Very punk rockish style that serves drinks and pizza rolls. Come check this place out.

Had an amazing time at the Palisades concert that was here on June 12th 2022! Venue is super nice and the bar's prices aren't too bad either! Definitely one of the best small venues I've been to!

Love getting to see a show at XRay! They have an amazing game system at the bar, where you can play pretty much anything (I played Joust like the whole night). They also never seem to run out of Ginger Beer for my mules! :D I love that they have a poster for each show they do, where they basically lay out the next few months like a poster calendar. Looking forward to some coming acts!
