Heather at Kilwins Arlington Heights is amazing! I worked with her for our wedding favors, and she was so flexible, easy to work with, and prepared everything in a timely manner. The favors were the perfect touch and all of our guests enjoyed them so much! The boxes were adorable and truffles were amazing quality! Kilwins in Arlington Heights made our wedding day perfect!

Cool little place with a lot of goodies. The ice cream scoops are pretty big too.

AMAZING! This shop is just what I was looking for. I was here on business and was told to find this shop for a tasty treat. I took home gummy bears for my roommate and salt water taffy for my boyfriend as those are their favorites. My roomie told me those were the best gummy bears she's ever had and I've seen her eat quite a bit. I also got myself a peanut butter cup, a white chocolate covered pretzel, and ice cream. The Ice Cream was absolutely fantastic.

Amazing customer service and amazing assortments to choose from. We ordered chocolate covered strawberries and they were super polite and were able to get them out to us with no trouble or hassle at all. 100/10 would recommend!

Great selections for anyone with several sweet teeth. Fam, I forgot to take a pic of the chocolate covered pecan carmel taffy apple and chocolate covered pecan turtle pretzel rod that I purchased. Everything was delicious and the customer service was great!! Fam, I be so ready to eat, that's why I forget to take my pics. But I'm going to do better. They have a different assortment of goodies as well as ice cream. Go give them a try if you haven't already.

Just do not deal with Madeline. She was so incredibly rude. I nearly left the store. I ended up asking to deal with someone else,Jack, who was very helpful. Please for Madeline or train her on how to treat customers

You walk in to a beautiful display of deliousness. Homemade candies, dipped marshmellow bars and fudge. I am a surgarholic so the shops appearance is magical. The shop had lots of ice cream and you could smell the homemade waffle cones. The prices are what you expect from a top tier candy shop. Ok so why not 5 stars i wanted more ice cream choices with some more topping offers.

Glad I don't have to drive to Saugatuck for Kilwins now Arlington Heights does make it nice by closing streets and allowing businesses all of this outside seating.

Are you kidding me? Stopped in there for some Valentine's gifts. Have never seen such expensive prices anywhere ever. Bought two little tiney pieces of their toffee to try and it was $8 and not much good. Whoever owns this store must be poised to gouge people to keep the store open. The products aren't that good and certainly don't command sky high prices. Sad...

Kilwins has an opulent selection of treats. Their chocolate covered strawberries in particular are SO good. Friendly, helpful staff too. Definitely give them a try!

Vanilla ice cream is exceptionally creamy. Hot fudge became stiff unusually fast.

I'm not normally in Arlington Heights, but I popped in Kilwin's last week and was not disappointed by the S'mores ice cream. The chocolate favors are on the more expensive side (I think $9 for a box of 9 chocolates) but I suppose that's understandable given they make it in-house.

Good ice cream flavors, kind service, but little pricey and chocolate chip cookie dough had no cookie dough! Walk up service only, can't walk inside. $5.29 for single scoop on cake cone. They do allow 2 mini scoops of different flavors which is nice. I liked the cappuccino chip (top) and the bottom was supposedly chocolate chip cookie dough but lacked actual cookie dough. I was impressed by the volume of large chocolate chip chunks though!

Been going to Kilwin's for years in Lake Geneva Wisconsin love their ice-cream as well as their chocolates & fudge wish they had more of a selection of dark chocolate! Their lemon sorbet is almost like eating ice-cream with a lot less calories! I agree on the price maybe too steep for some on a limited income but to treat yourself once a month the price is well worth it! The lady behind the counter in Arlington came out to take our order since I did not bring a mask friendly & courteous. Scream we all scream for ice-cream 🍦!!
