Did an amazing job fixing my eternity band that I had managed to bend. It came back bright shiny and looking new. Always a great experience at Venus Creations.

We wanted to get our daughter something special for her 30th birthday. She loves unusual gemstones and we found a beautiful watermelon tourmaline at a gem and mineral show that we recently attended. Using my daughter’s vision and Rick’s CAD skills, her vision became a reality with a gorgeous custom setting. Donna and Rick are absolutely “gems” to work with! Rick sent us a neat video of the CAD generated design and kept us informed every step of the way. They were very respectful of our budget and finished the setting much earlier than expected. My daughter also had a morganite ring that she was never pleased with. The quality of the stone and the setting was a disappointment. Donna was able to offer our daughter money for the ring which she gladly put towards the purchase of a more beautiful quality morganite stone and setting. Both Donna and Rick certainly go above and beyond in every way for their customers. As I said before, they are truly “gems.”

For my 30th birthday, my parents bought me a bicolor tourmaline gemstone at a local gem and mineral exposition. I wanted to get the stone set in a simple white-gold band with a filigree design. Rick was a HUGE help. When I showed him the design I wanted, he modeled it in CAD and sent me updates throughout. The ring was done in less than a week and I am so, so happy with the result. It’s absolutely stunning! I also brought in a morganite ring that I purchased several years ago. I was never pleased with the setting or the quality of the stone. Donna purchased the ring from me and I was able to put the money towards one of the morganite rings they had at the store. The stone she had was of much richer quality and the ring was elegant rose-gold. The ring they had on display didn’t fit me, so she ordered one my size and had it delivered to the store within five days. I’m so pleased with both rings! Thank you so much, Donna and Rick!

Brought my engagement ring to be resized, but with Donna’s helpful guidance decided that putting beads on my band was the best way to go. She was so right! My ring fits perfectly not and we also had to color correct with rhodium and is more shiny than the day my fiancé proposed. So happy with the friendly and speedy service. Venus Jewelers was recommended to me by a member of my community and I’m so grateful that I chose to use their services. Rick and his team are amazing and I cannot say enough about the courtesy and professionalism they displayed when I approached them with a job that needed to be done immediately. I brought them an heirloom necklace which needed to be lengthened and a bracelet with stones that needed to be cleaned. Neither was an easy job. The staff came up with a creative way to lengthen the necklace and it looks like it was made that way. The bracelet evidently had many loose stones and needed much TLC as well as a good cleaning. This was all done, in a timely manner, and the results are well beyond my expectations. Rick’s prices are fair and his repair work is first rate. I will definitely be back and would have no qualms recommending this jewelry store for repairs or the purchase of a beautiful piece of jewelry.

My sister-in-law’s family has been going to this jeweler for generations. I was flying in from Hawaii to be the godmother for my new niece over Thanksgiving. I had tried calling weeks prior, but I was told that they would take care of me in person. Everyone was super nice and professional and they treated me like family. I wanted a custom piece that was similar to the crucifix my grandmother had gotten me in Italy with an added diamond like the mother’s. They did not disappoint.
