Good evening all. Wanted to share my experience at Jared's. I arrived at 11am on a Thursday morning. Kathy greeted me at the door. There were other staff members there asking to help me, but, for some reason, I felt comfortable with Kathy right away. She was so patient, informative and knowledgeable. Made me feel so comfortable. We picked out the setting first and then the round diamond. My fiancée is extremely happy with the ring. GORGEOUS .Many, many compliments from everyone. We will be returning to Jared for our wedding bands. THANK YOU KATHY..

Antonella is amazing associate , amazing mother and trusted advisor. From day one she connect with me and was eager to bring my vision to life. She was gentle and listened to all of my needs and was able to make me feel heard and understood. She worked with my own mother to build the most incredibly beautiful breathtaking engagement ring masterpiece. If you’re ever in the Willowbrook area right next to Costco visit Jared. Especially if you want to be treated with respect and dignity and best of all like family. Even though she is great I believe everyone in there is great and I think it’s just the culture of that store. I stopped by because I was informed about a sale and a promo. Upon arrival Christina was extremely helpful. She took her time with me as we looked around the store for something I may like for myself. I decided on a watch, and they took out the extra links so it fit me perfectly before leaving. Christina went above and beyond to get me the best deal (the sale or the promo on my account). She didn’t pressure me into buying anything and made my experience fun!

I have been going to Jared for years for all of my special occasions. The employees are always helpful and go out of their way to accommodate me. This particular time I went to the store for a Christmas gift and I had the best experience. Both Caroline and Antonella went above and beyond their job. They went out of their way to find a particular item and made sure I have it for the holidays. Great store and great staff!

The customer service at Jared in Wayne, NJ is always exceptional. I came in to get my earrings inspected (bought from Jared several years ago) and to look for a new necklace to purchase. Caroline was so helpful and kind. She inspected and cleaned my earrings for their bi-annual inspection and she even cleaned my necklace and rings which I had not purchased at Jared as well. She was incredibly helpful in choosing a necklace that suited me and made the shopping experience so easy.

Jared of Wayne, NJ was able to help in choosing the perfect setting. The ring came out beautifully with the help of Antonella and the staff. Highly recommend speaking to Antonella regarding any engagement rings. Don’t walk out of the store without at least getting her recommendation.

My fiancé and I went into the store to purchase our wedding rings that we had already picked out. Everyone was busy when we walked in but we were greeted. After maybe 10 min, one of the salesman was free. This man (Will) walked around the store, trying to avoid eye contact and acted like we didn’t even exist. I was heated as this continued for at least 10 more minutes until a white couple came in and he happily jumped to help them. I spoke to who I felt was the senior person in charge, Antonella J. I went in there excited and happy but that changed after the treatment from Will. I planned on saying my peace and walking out. However, Antonella addressed the issue with Will immediately and then helped us with our purchase. She went above and beyond to make sure we left there satisfied and she turned the situation around. The rating would have been lower had it not been for her excellent customer service.

My experience at this location was and is second to none. Ty was so wonderful and helpful in helping me find the perfect gift! I am not a jewelry shopper but Ty has made me a believer and I will continuously be back for more of that fantastic and knowledgeable customer service. 10/10

We had the best experience purshasing an engagement ring from Miguel and Antonella. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and so accommodating. We will continue to be loyal customers to Jared, specifically the Wayne location.

I have to say that I never thought that I would be able to find a ring in my size. But HE DEFINITELY WENT WENT TO JARED! My fiancé picked out this amazing ring, had no problem sizing it and the turnaround was super fast. When I got to go pick out bands for the wedding my new friend Will was super patient as we changed our minds a dozen times. My ring is nothing short of a masterpiece! His customer service was amazing! 5 stars to everyone in there!

Came here a few months prior to browse through. Tyndol was amazing with his customer service and because of him I saved up the money needed and was ready to purchase. Walked into the store today and NOBODY acknowledged me for 27 minutes. I understand they were busy with customers but it would be nice to greet the customer and say, will be with you in a moment. I stayed because 1 female associate smiled and another female acknowledged my presence by speaking. After being told the male was going to help and he snarled with his face I walked out.

Hubby surprised me with an upgrade to a real diamond......Miguel and John were so helpful and showed us a few diff options and was so patient with us....i was in my glory! and we ended up making the best decision for our ring....cant wait to get it once sized! Which will be in 2 days, fast!!! So pretty!! Highly recommend Jared of Wayne, NJ and will def be back for any jewelry needs! Thank you!!!

I have recently purchased two pieces from this location, and the service has always been fantastic—also, a special shout out to their design & Service Center. I once came in 30 minutes before closing, and the team stayed past their business hours and engraved a bracelet for my niece. I will never forget their kindness.!

Had a fantastic experience here. Came in on a Friday evening shortly before closing, just to quickly browse. TeQuan and Antonina still made us feel like we had all the time in the world, showed us options, made recommendations, sized us for rings. They showed us rings we never would have thought of on our own, which we ended up loving and deciding to purchase. They were responsive by email with followup questions we had, and made it very easy to purchase the rings the following week. Miguel was extremely helpful and accommodating when my significant other and I were in search for an engagement ring. I went in with a photo of something I liked online. Miguel showed us something of similar style - turns out, I hated it! I explained to Miguel what I was looking for along with my preferences and he then found us something EXACTLY what we were in search of. It was the most seamless process I’ve encountered!
