"Hello
everyone!
I
want
to
share
my
recent
experience
at
Gloria
Jeans
Coffee
Shop
in
Ayia
Nappa.
My
friends
and
I
were
excited
to
order
some
delicious
coffee,
but
unfortunately,
our
experience
with
one
of
the
staff
members
left
much
to
be
desired.
There
was
a
woman
with
a
very
short
haircut
who
displayed
a
surprising
level
of
arrogance
during
our
interaction.
We
were
particularly
curious
about
the
KitKat
sign
located
in
the
middle
of
the
shop,
which
was
a
whopping
two
meters
in
length.
With
great
surprise,
she
admitted
that
she
had
no
knowledge
of
the
sign's
existence
because
she
couldn't
see
it.
Naturally,
we
then
questioned
whether
or
not
they
served
the
drink
advertised
on
that
very
sign
since
it
was
prominently
displayed
in
their
shop.
It
was
only
at
that
moment
she
realized
she
should
answer
our
sincere
inquiry
and
proceeded
to
make
our
coffees.
While
she
was
busy
preparing
my
friend’s
beverages,
we
were
still
trying
to
decide.
We
politely
requested
her
to
make
the
same
coffee,
to
which
she
responded
with
disinterest,
claiming
to
have
a
customer
and
declining
to
assist
us.
The
impoliteness
and
overall
poor
treatment
we
received
were
incredibly
disappointing.
It
felt
like
a
slap
in
the
face
after
having
such
high
hopes
for
our
visit.
We
ultimately
made
the
decision
to
leave
the
coffee
shop.
It
is
my
sincere
suggestion
that
the
management
of
Gloria
Jeans
Coffee
Shop
consider
sending
this
particular
staff
member
for
some
form
of
customer
service
training
or
perhaps
even
therapy.
Such
disrespectful
behavior
towards
customers
reflects
poorly
on
the
establishment
as
a
whole.
This
was
my
first
time
entering
the
shop,
and
sadly,
it
will
most
likely
be
my
last.
I
hope
that
others
will
have
better
experiences
in
the
future.
Cheers!"
